Abstract: Provided is an apparatus and method of predicting a radio-wave environment. The apparatus may include an arrival recognition unit to determine whether a ray emitted from a transmission unit of the ray tracing scheme arrives within a reception radius, a position determination unit to determine an arrival position where the ray arrives within the reception radius, and a processing unit to correct the reception radius by differently applying a size of the ray according to the arrival position.

Abstract: A method in a data processing system and apparatus for organizing files, web pages, or web site members organized in a traditional first hierarchical file structure that is on a recordable medium of a data processing system. Abstract: A simplified method for fabricating a solar cell device is provided. The solar cell device has silicon nanowires (SiNW) grown on an upgraded metallurgical grade (UMG) silicon (Si) substrate. Abstract: Fusion antigen used as vaccine and method of making them. The method includes: (1) selecting a segment of a virus protein sequence that contains a least one epitope; (2) engineering a DNA fragment encoding the selected segment of the virus protein; (3) inserting the DNA fragment into a Pseudomonas Exotoxin A (PE) vector to obtain a chimeric gene plasmid, and expressing the chimeric gene plasmid in a host cell to obtain the chimeric vaccinal virus antigen. The PE vector contains a PE fragment, which has a binding domain and a translocating domain, and a carboxyl terminal moiety, which includes an endoplasmic reticulum retention sequence. The DNA fragment encoding the selected segment of the virus protein is inserted between the PE fragment and the carboxyl terminal moiety.
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for performing a 3D image reconstruction at a high speed and high resolution, regardless of a measurement distance. Specifically, a weight for image reconstruction is previously set, and a 3D image reconstruction algorithm is performed at a high speed, without reducing a resolution, by a parallel processing for image reconstruction, a computation of a partial region using a database based on a measurement result, and a generation of a variable pulse waveform.

Abstract: The present invention provides a fluorescent dye-silane hybrid resin manufactured by polycondensing an alkoxysilane bonded with a fluorescent dye with an organo-silane. More particularly, the present invention provides a fluorescent dye-siloxane hybrid resin that is manufactured by reacting a fluorescent dye having one or more functional groups with an alkoxysilane having an organic functional group to form an alkoxysilane bonded with the fluorescent dye and then polycondensing the alkoxysilane bonded with a fluorescent dye with an organo-silanediol and an organo-alkoxysilane having a thermocurable or ultraviolet-curable functional group without water. The fluorescent dye-silane hybrid resin has excellent thermostability, photostability, fluorescence characteristics, and processibility.

Abstract: The present invention provides a lightweight multicast method and apparatus for a data distribution service. The lightweight multicast apparatus includes a network congestion detection unit for multicasting packets to a plurality of subscriber node terminals, and detecting a cause of network congestion using a negative response message transferred from a relevant subscriber node terminal that could not receive the packets among the plurality of subscriber node terminals. A network recovery control unit determines a recovery control policy depending on the cause of the congestion detected by the network congestion detection unit, and solves the cause of the congestion.
