Abstract: Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for image encoding/decoding that support a plurality of layers. The method for image decoding that supports a plurality of layers includes decoding information of a first layer which a picture of a second layer including a current decoding target block refers to; mapping the information of the first layer to a picture size of the second layer, configuring a reference picture list for the picture of the second layer by adding the mapped information of the first layer and generating prediction samples of the current decoding target block by predicting the current decoding target block of the second layer based on the reference picture list, and the information of the first layer includes at least one of a sample value and motion information of the first layer picture.

Abstract: In an analysis of a fluid component using a nanomechanical sensor covered with a receptor, the same receptor is caused to express different response characteristics. In a measuring system of analyzing a response when a sample gas and a purge gas are supplied to a nanomechanical sensor while switching the sample gas and the purge gas, a gas (external gas) different from both gases is mixed into a gas channel and supplied to the sensor for measurement. Since a response characteristic of a receptor is modulated by mixing of the external gas, the object described above is achieved.

Abstract: The environmental-friendly antifouling agent includes a furan oxime and/or furan oxime metal complex, which has not only good antifouling performance, low toxicity and high efficiency and environmental friendliness. The ecological toxicity of the non-target organism is less than 15% of that of metals such as copper and chromium and organic matters such as benzoxazole, and the excellent barrier property of the furan ring structure itself on small molecules such as oxygen and water vapor can also significantly improve the barrier effect of a coating on a typical corrosive factor. The antifouling agent combined with an antifouling coating system can greatly improve the corrosion resistance of the coating system. Meanwhile, such the antifouling agent is easy to synthesize, can be well compatible with self-polishing resins, corrosion type resins and the like.

Abstract: Provided is a cancer treatment device which includes a first electrode and a second electrode, which are electrically connected to a signal generator and face each other with a target area therebetween, and a temperature sensor which is electrically connected to the signal generator and disposed adjacent to the target area. A cancer cell is present in the target area. The signal generator applies an AC voltage between the first electrode and the second electrode to generate an electric field between the first electrode and the second electrode. Abstract: The intelligent measurement and control communication network at least includes at least one management node and at least one common node. The whole intelligent measurement and control communication network is logically divided into a control plane and a service plane. The control plane selects a routing strategy with the shortest path to cause each management node on the control plane to communicate with all common nodes. The service plane is divided into multiple task subnets according to tasks performed by each node, and each task subnet may select different routing strategies according to task requirements of this task subnet. According to the application and scenario needs of the tasks, the control plane combines externally changed parameters and utilizes machine learning to generate a new mathematical model in real time and sends a new task instruction to the service plane.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a pseudo-random binary sequence (PRBS) generator (200) for performing on-chip testing. Abstract: A video generation method includes: obtaining a target face image and a source face image; extracting a feature of each of the source face image and the target face image through a face feature encoder, to obtain corresponding source feature codes and target feature codes; generating swapped face feature codes through a face feature exchanger according to the source feature codes and the target feature codes; generating an initial swapped face image through a face generator according to the swapped face feature codes; and fusing the initial swapped face image with the target face image through a face fuser, to obtain a final swapped face image. The face feature encoder performs hierarchical encoding on the face feature to reserve semantic details of a face, and the face feature exchanger performs further processing based on the hierarchical encoding, to obtain hierarchical encoding of a swapped face feature with semantic details.

Abstract: The present invention provides a concrete vacuum tube segment for a hyper-speed transportation system using ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) and a manufacturing method thereof. A concrete vacuum tube segment for a hyper-speed transportation system can be easily manufactured using UHPC, in which shrinkage and structural cracking do not occur due to mixing a binder and a short fiber to secure airtightness on the basis of a maximum fill theory, and accordingly, shrinkage of the concrete vacuum tube segment can be reduced even in a partial-vacuum state in which the magnitude of drying shrinkage is very small and quick drying occurs; when mixing the UHPC, an antifoaming agent is mixed and a circular vacuum pump is used to remove generated entrapped air to minimize the entrapped air; and a capsule-type crack healing material, which is able to repair fine cracks, is compacted to secure airtightness of the concrete vacuum tube segment.

Abstract: A method for decoding a 360-degree image includes: receiving a bitstream obtained by encoding a 360-degree image; generating a prediction image by making reference to syntax information obtained from the received bitstream; combining the generated prediction image with a residual image obtained by dequantizing and inverse-transforming the bitstream, so as to obtain a decoded image; and reconstructing the decoded image into a 360-degree image according to a projection format. Here, generating the prediction image includes: checking, from the syntax information, prediction mode accuracy for a current block to be decoded; determining whether the checked prediction mode accuracy corresponds to most probable mode (MPM) information obtained from the syntax information; and when the checked prediction mode accuracy does not correspond to the MPM information, reconfiguring the MPM information according to the prediction mode accuracy for the current block.
