Abstract: A resource allocating method in a wireless network performed by a first device positioned in a wireless communication network and connected to one or more second devices to constitute a fully connected link includes receiving network information from the wireless communication network, receiving information about a transmission scheme to be used for communication between the first device and the second device from the network information, obtaining information about the second device and an index of the first device, and allocating resources to be used for a communication between the first device and the one or more second devices using information related to at least one of the transmission scheme, the information about the second device, and the index of the first device.

Abstract: Provided is the use of an aromatic ring drug in inhibiting a key transcription factor of malignant melanoma. In particular, provided is the use of a compound as represented by formula A, or an optical isomer thereof or a racemate thereof, or a solvate thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition or preparation. The pharmaceutical composition or preparation is used for: (a) inhibiting a key transcriptional regulatory factor of malignant melanoma, namely MITF (Microphthalmia-associated Transcription Factor); (b) treating MITF-related diseases such as melanoma, pancreatic cancer, skin hypersensitivity and asthma; and (c) regulating physiological activities in which MITF is involved, such as skin whitening. Abstract: A virtual voltage injection-based speed sensor-less driving control method for an induction motor is provided. First, a virtual voltage signal is injected into a motor flux linkage and rotating speed observer so that there is a difference between an input of the motor flux linkage and rotating speed observer and a command input of the motor. Then, based on any type of the motor flux linkage and rotating speed observer, a motor flux linkage rotation angle and a motor rotor speed are estimated, and the induction motor is driven to run normally with a certain control strategy (such as vector control).

Alternatively, antibodies to the polypeptides can be administered to treat or prevent infection. Bacteria that are released from the biofilm by our technology are more readily cleared by the remainder of the host's immune system.

Abstract: A boltless fastener assembly for a heavy haul railway with an axle load of 35-40 tons includes a pre-embedded steel holder, an e-clip, an insulated gauge block and a rubber pad. A clamping leg-heel end of the e-clip is provided with an L-shaped retaining end. The pre-embedded steel holder is improved to adapt to the e-clip, and an opening is formed at a portion of the pre-embedded steel holder close to the clamping leg-heel end of the e-clip, so that the e-clip can be installed normally. During normal installation, the L-shaped retaining end of the e-clip does not contact the pre-embedded steel holder. When the rail undergoes large torsional deformation, the L-shaped retaining end on one side of a rail moves upward to contact an upper edge of the opening of the pre-embedded steel holder or engages with a second heel end.
