Abstract: Provided are a genome editing system CRISPR-C2c1 for site-specific modification of target sequences in a cell genome and the use thereof, wherein the system comprises a C2c1 protein or variants thereof and a guide RNA. Also provided are a method for site-specific modification of target sequences in a cell genome using the genome editing system CRISPR-C2c1, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the genome editing system CRIPSR-C2c1.

Abstract: A process for producing catalytic cracking gasoline includes the following steps: i) subjecting a heavy feedstock oil to a catalytic cracking reaction in the presence of a first catalytic cracking catalyst to obtain a first reaction product; ii) subjecting a hydrogenated cycle oil to a catalytic cracking reaction in the presence of a second catalytic cracking catalyst to obtain a second reaction product; iii) separating a mixture of the first reaction product and the second reaction product to obtain a catalytic cracking gasoline and a catalytic cracking light cycle oil; iv) subjecting the catalytic cracking light cycle oil or a fraction thereof to hydrogenation to obtain a hydrogenated product; and v) recycling the hydrogenated product to the step ii) as the hydrogenated cycle oil.

Abstract: A method for surface planarization of an object using a light source of a specific wavelength according to an embodiment includes: providing an object in a main chamber; injecting an etching gas into the main chamber; inputting the light source of a specific wavelength onto a surface of the object; and controlling a temperature of the object. According to the method, it is possible to minimize the side effects such as scratches or contamination of the sample that occur in a conventional chemical-mechanical planarization process. In addition, it is possible to allow precise planarization in nanometers (nm) and simultaneously perform planarization to a side surface of a device as well as a large-sized surface, thereby reducing cost and time required for the planarization process. Moreover, since the surface roughness and the electrical conductivity are improved, it is possible to increase the efficiency and output of the LED device.

Abstract: An exosome active formulation for promoting endothelial cell angiogenesis, and a preparation method and use thereof include the following steps: isolating primary umbilical vein endothelial cells and performing cell culture and passage; adding anisodamine to a culture medium of the subcultured endothelial cells to treat the endothelial cells, and then replacing the culture medium with a new endothelial cell culture medium to continue the culture of the endothelial cells; extracting exosomes from the endothelial cell culture medium obtained after the endothelial cells are cultivated; and identifying the exosomes. The exosome active formulation for promoting endothelial cell angiogenesis prepared by the preparation method and its use in the manufacture of a medicament for treating microvascular injury, microcirculation dysfunction and cardio-cerebral infarction.
