    Abstract: An LED (light emitting diode) glass includes a glass base, a plurality of LEDs mounted on the base, an interlayer disposed on the base and a glass cover disposed on the interlayer. The interlayer defines an opening to receive the LEDs. An outer periphery of the interlayer and two facing faces of the base and the cover form a plurality of grooves in a periphery of the LED glass. An adhesive material is filled in each of the grooves to fix the cover, the interlayer and the base together. A method for manufacturing the LED glass is also provided.
