Abstract: A time-sensitive, data reduction system is described. According to an aspect of the system, a method is disclosed that comprises: receiving at least a portion of an airline-specific dataset, wherein the airline-specific dataset comprises a plurality of location records, wherein each location record comprises a point of interest (POI) and a unique rank, wherein the POI is defined by unique geographic identifier; determining a current position of the aircraft; and based on the current position and based on the unique rank of each of the plurality of location records, controlling, at a passenger display in the aircraft, a presentation of a map and a plurality of POI indicators associated with a highly-ranked subset of the plurality of location records. According to another aspect of the system, a plurality of servers are used provide relevant location-related content to an aircraft passenger.

Abstract: A masking system prevents a human agent from receiving sensitive personal information (SPI) provided by a caller during caller-agent communication. The masking system includes components for detecting the SPI, including automated speech recognition and natural language processing systems. When the caller communicates with the agent, e.g., via a phone call, the masking system processes the incoming caller audio. When the masking system detects SPI in the caller audio stream or when the masking system determines a high likelihood that incoming caller audio will include SPI, the caller audio is masked such that it cannot be heard by the agent. The masking system collects the SPI from the caller audio and sends it to the organization associated with the agent for processing the caller's request or transaction without giving the agent access to caller SPI.

Abstract: A target shooting system is described. The system can include at least one target signal/sensor assembly, the target signal/sensor assembly including an active target signal, an active target signal actuator, at least one hit sensor, and a target signal/sensor transceiver. The system can also include a round counter configured to be attached to a weapon and to sense firing of a projectile from the weapon, the round counter including a projectile firing sensor, a round counter processor and a round counter transceiver. The system can further include a computing device configured to communicate with the at least one target signal/sensor assembly and the round counter.

Abstract: Exemplary methods and systems provide for production of geographically located, accurate indoor maps of physical spaces and provide navigation guidance for users in physical spaces, and process requests for users related to available physical space within said physical spaces. Aggregated information about the physical spaces is curated and converted using automated procedures into a data model that contains all elements of said physical spaces, including geographic data about the physical space's location on the globe. The system and computer program embodiments retrieve the converted data, load it on mobile devices or computers, rendering it on these devices in the correct global geographic context, allowing users to interact with the data to select rooms, and send and receive requests to and from external systems regarding these selections. Users navigate within the physical spaces using mobile devices and the computer program embodiments in tandem to provide accurate directions and guidance.

Abstract: A transaction facilitation system is disclosed that is configured to affect crediting and debiting of gaming accounts for two or more gaming environments and structured to communicate with an issuing financial institution of a stored value account to affect crediting and debiting of the stored value accounts. The two or more gaming environments can be members of an alliance of gaming environments that are associated with the stored value account. Financial transactions using the stored value account can be used for customer relationship purposes.

The method streams web page metadata and extracted content from the web page and positions of the extracted content to a JSON file batch for flattening.

Abstract: A method and system for a command processor for efficient processing of a program multi-processor core system with a CPU and GPU. The multi-core system includes a general purpose CPU executing commands in a CPU programming language and a graphic processing unit (GPU) executing commands in a GPU programming language. A command processor is coupled to the CPU and CPU. The command processor sequences jobs from a program for processing by the CPU or the GPU. The command processor creates commands from the jobs in a state free command format. The command processor generates a sequence of commands for execution by either the CPU or the GPU in the command format. A compiler running a meta language converts program data for the commands into a first format readable by the CPU programming language and a second format readable by the GPU programming language.

The immersive ecosystem further comprises a processor, an AI engine, and a first non-transitory computer-readable storage medium encoded with program code executable for providing the 3D rendering to the VR headset. The AI engine is operably coupled to a second non-transitory computer-readable storage medium configured to store predetermined response values and time values for dynamic 3D assets. The AI engine comprises a third non-transitory computer-readable storage medium encoded with program code executable for receiving the measured user response, comparing the received user response to the predetermined response value at the predetermined time value, based on the comparison, modifying dynamic 3D asset(s), and communicating the modified dynamic 3D asset(s) to the processor for providing within 3D rendering.

Abstract: An interactive response system directs input to a software-based router, which is able to intelligently respond to the input by drawing on a combination of human agents, advanced recognition and expert systems. The system utilizes human “intent analysts” for purposes of interpreting customer input. Automated recognition subsystems are trained by coupling customer input with IA-selected intent corresponding to the input, using model-updating subsystems to develop the training information for the automated recognition subsystems.

Abstract: A natural language processing system has a hierarchy of user intents related to a domain of interest, the hierarchy having specific intents corresponding to leaf nodes of the hierarchy, and more general intents corresponding to ancestor nodes of the leaf nodes. The system also has a trained understanding model that can classify natural language utterances according to user intent. When the understanding model cannot determine with sufficient confidence that a natural language utterance corresponds to one of the specific intents, the natural language processing system traverses the hierarchy of intents to find a more general user intent that is related to the most applicable specific intent of the utterance and for which there is sufficient confidence. The general intent can then be used to prompt the user with questions applicable to the general intent to obtain the missing information needed for a specific intent.

Abstract: An interactive response system combines human intelligence (HI) subsystems with artificial intelligence (AI) subsystems to facilitate overall capability of multi-channel user interfaces. The system permits imperfect AI subsystems to nonetheless lessen the burden on HI subsystems. A combined AI and HI proxy is used to implement an interactive omnichannel system, and the proxy dynamically determines how many AI and HI subsystems are to perform recognition for any particular utterance, based on factors such as confidence thresholds of the AI recognition and availability of HI resources. Furthermore the system uses information from prior recognitions to automatically build, test, predict confidence, and maintain AI models and HI models for system recognition improvements.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a music service that enables consumers listen to a broadcast radio station without commercials. The service operates by shifting the source channel of a radio from the broadcast radio to a streaming audio service for the duration of the commercial. In some embodiments, the service utilizes any of: a radio including native firmware/software, a mobile device such as a smart phone executing an application, cooperative integration of a radio and a mobile device, or master/slave relationship between a mobile device and a radio. The mobile device listens to the radio broadcast and determines when to shift between the radio broadcast and the streaming audio via any of audio fingerprint analysis, radio station behavioral analysis, radio station metadata, and/or radio station voice recognition analysis.

The stored value account can be associated with a prepaid card and can be useable over an open system bankcard network. Abstract: A method of managing Proxy Objects by attaching Meta Data to each Proxy and HD Object and translating 2D coordinates into 3D coordinates from within a 3D CAD model with additional data being added through a 360 viewer. The method enables the user to programmatically swap one Proxy Object with one or more HD Objects. All Proxy Objects and HD Objects are stored in a secure database structure while providing access by users to the proxy objects and all related product information. Non-technical and non-CAD users can configure objects within a space by selecting an object, browsing a catalog of possible alternative objects, viewing specific product details and then selecting the object to replace the selected object. Once a new object is selected, a photo realistic 360 image of a scene is created in real time.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for providing agent assisted transcriptions of user utterances. A user utterance is received in response to a prompt provided to the user at a remote client device. An automatic transcription is generated from the utterance using a language model based upon an application or context, and presented to a human agent. The agent reviews the transcription and may replace at least a portion of the transcription with a corrected transcription. As the agent inputs the corrected transcription, accelerants are presented to the user comprising suggested texted to be inputted. The accelerants may be determined based upon an agent input, an application or context of the transcription, the portion of the transcription being replaced, or any combination thereof. In some cases, the user provides textual input, to which the agent transcribes an intent associated with the input with the aid of one or more accelerants.
