Abstract: A toy construction set connection device consists of a shaft and a shaft bushing. The bushing consists of two bushing parts which are fixedly mountable on the shaft. By means of an axial or rotational displacement of the second bushing part relative to the first bushing part, the whole shaft bushing can be anchored in a desired transverse groove on shaft. The anchoring may be released by pulling the second bushing part from the first part.
Abstract: A switch point for a toy cog railway which has smooth tracks with a centrally disposed gear rod comprising a shifting device with a curved and a straight gear rod piece for the given driving direction. The shifting device which supports these gear rod pieces is laterally displaceable with respect to the track direction. Each obtusely travelled end segment of the switch point is provided with a tongue-like actuating element displaceably disposed in a longitudinal slot of the solid gear rod of the corresponding end segment having an upwardly extending nose. In the outermost position of the actuating element the nose protrudes beyond the gear rod and in the inner position thereof it is lowered to the level of the gear rod. Each actuating element is coupled to a rotating mounted disk by way of pivoted levers, which in turn are coupled with the shifting device. A vehicle which travels on the switch point actuates the nose, if the same protrudes.

Abstract: A steering mechanism for toy building sets, such as toy vehicles, and of the type comprising a rack means and a pinion cooperating with it. In connection with various possible positions of the rack means and likewise with a view to selective positioning of the pinion cooperating with it, the toothed region of the rack means is provided wholly or partly around the longitudinal axis of the rack means, the rack means being integral with a pair of steering rods which are provided with coupling means.
Abstract: A connecting system for a toy building set comprises a first coupling part (11) and a second coupling part (12, 13), which are provided on their respective ones of a pair of building elements, adapted to be interconnected, and are formed with respective complementary coupling elements (11, 12, 13). The coupling parts in the connecting elements of the invention are adapted to interconnect the elements by elastic movement of at least one coupling part. This interconnection is flexible and may be fixed with a clamping device (16), which blocks the elastic movement.
Abstract: A picture book set with play effect, having a plurality of toy elements with modularly dimensioned coupling means. The toy elements may be placed on a picture plane provided with correspondingly dimensioned positioning recesses or elevations, so that a child may play with the toy elements to arrange a three-dimensional representation of the situation described in the story text.
