Abstract: An internal tensioning structure for use in an inflatable product fulfills the basic function of maintaining two adjacent inflatable surfaces in a desired geometric arrangement when the inflatable product is pressurized. The tensioning structure is formed by connecting a pair of plastic strips sheets via spaced-apart strands, such as strings or wires. When pulled taut, the strands provide a high tensile strength between the two opposed plastic strips. At the same time, the plastic strips facilitate a strong, long-lasting weld between the tensioning structure and the inflatable product.
Abstract: An inflatable spa is disclosed having improved strength. A water cavity of the inflatable spa may receive massaging air bubbles and/or jetted water.
Abstract: An inflatable pool is includes a floor drain having a drainage conduit and two sealing plug. The drainage conduit includes a midsection pipe having an oblong cross section, an inlet cap having a truncated profile, and an outlet cap that transitions from the oblong profile of the midsection to a cylindrical profile.
Abstract: An inflatable spa having improved strength. A control system may be provided with the inflatable spa to direct water and air into a water cavity of the inflatable spa, such that the water cavity of the inflatable spa may receive massaging air bubbles and/or jetted water from the control system.
Abstract: An inflatable spa is disclosed having improved strength. The inflatable spa may include a plurality of tensioning structures located in an air chamber and coupled to first and second walls of the inflatable spa. Each tensioning structure may include a plurality of holes. A water cavity of the inflatable spa may receive massaging air bubbles and/or jetted water.
