The Li-ion battery is disposed in the accommodating space and submerged in the liquid coolant. The continuously flowing liquid coolant dissipates heat from the lithium battery.

The present invention solves the problem that conventional wind tunnels cannot test at low air volumes and enables PCB testing at different ambient temperatures.
