Abstract: A server casing includes a case body, a HDD cage and a backplane assembly. The case body has an opening and an accommodation space connected to the opening. The HDD cage can be inserted into and removed from the accommodation space through the opening. The HDD cage has installation spaces for accommodating the hard disk drives. The backplane assembly includes a connector and a HDD backplane fastened to the HDD cage and configured to be electrically connected to the hard disk drives. The HDD cage further has a front surface and a rear surface. The front surface is closer to the opening than the rear surface. The installation spaces are between the front surface and the rear surface. The HDD backplane extends beyond the rear surface in a direction away from the opening. The connector is located at one end of the HDD backplane extending beyond the rear surface.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to a server including a storage chassis, a tray, a hard disk, a bracket, and a fan. The storage chassis includes a bottom plate and two sidewalls. The sidewalls respectively stand at two opposite sides of the bottom plate The bottom plate has a front edge and a rear edge that are opposite to each other and located between the sidewalls. The tray is slidably disposed on the storage chassis. The hard disk is disposed on the tray. The bracket is connected to the rear edge of the storage chassis. At least part of the bracket is located at a side of the rear edge of the storage chassis away from the front edge. The fan is disposed in the bracket, and the fan is electrically connected to the hard disk.

Abstract: A display device includes a display module and a camera module. The camera module includes a first housing, a second housing and a camera unit. The first housing is movably disposed on the display module. The second housing is separably connected to the first housing. The camera unit is disposed on the second housing. The second housing is able to move with the first housing in relative to the display module, such that the camera unit is exposed from the display module or hidden in the display module. When the second housing is separated from the first housing, the second housing is able to rotate in relative to the first housing, so as to adjust an orientation of the camera unit.

Abstract: A DDR5 SDRAM DIMM slot detection system and a method thereof are disclosed. A first detection board is serially connected to a second detection board, a JTAG controller converts a DIMM detection instruction, which is generated by a detection device, into a DIMM detection instruction in JTAG format; the DIMM detection instruction in JTAG format is provided to the first detection board or second detection board through the adapter circuit board, so as to detect DDR5 SDRAM DIMM slots of the circuit board under test, thereby achieving the technical effect of improving efficiency in detection for DDR5 SDRAM DIMM connection interface.

Abstract: A liquid tank system includes a tank body and a liquid coolant supplying device. The tank body has an accommodating space, a liquid inlet, and an upper outlet. The liquid inlet and the upper outlet communicate with the accommodating space. The accommodating space is sealed except for the liquid inlet and the upper outlet. The liquid coolant supplying device is connected to the liquid inlet so as to continuously provide a liquid coolant to the accommodating space through the liquid inlet. The liquid coolant in the accommodating space overflows out of the tank body through the upper outlet. A Li-ion battery cooling system includes a Li-ion battery and the above liquid tank system. The Li-ion battery is disposed in the accommodating space and submerged in the liquid coolant. The continuously flowing liquid coolant dissipates heat from the lithium battery.

Abstract: A radiation susceptibility testing method includes transmitting radiation waves to a device under test, measuring the device under test to obtain a first voltage according to the radiation waves, outputting a reference voltage to a coupling device so that the coupling device generates a second voltage according to the reference voltage, adjusting the reference voltage to approximate the second voltage to the first voltage, storing the adjusted reference voltage, and outputting the second voltage to the device under test according to the adjusted reference voltage to simulate the impact of the radiation waves to the device under test.

Abstract: A camera structure includes a support frame, a camera, a camera switch and a latch mechanism. The camera is supported by the support frame. The camera switch is spatially separated from the camera. The camera switch is configured to enable and disable the camera. The latch mechanism includes a slidable latch body and a cover and a connecting rod linking the latch body. The latch body is configured to move between a first position and a second position. When the latch body is at the first position, the camera is exposed from a first opening of the cover and the connecting rod interferes with the camera switch to enable the camera. When the latch body is at the second position, the cover shields the camera and the connecting rod moves away from the camera switch to enable the camera.

Abstract: A method for flattening an impedance of a power delivery network includes capturing a set of impedance parameters, obtaining an impedance of the power delivery network according to the set of impedance parameters, defining a target impedance, performing an importance calculation to determine a port, obtaining an intersection frequency according to the target impedance and the impedance of the power delivery network, selecting a decoupling capacitor according to the intersection frequency, and disposing the decoupling capacitor at the port. The method can reduce the impedance of the power delivery network to the target impedance and flatten the impedance to avoid the rogue wave phenomenon.

Abstract: A cooling system of server includes a tank, a case body, a multi-hole box, a first dehumidifying material, a first tube, and a second tube. The tank is configured to accommodate a dielectric fluid. The multi-hole box is disposed in the case body. The first dehumidifying material is disposed in the multi-hole box. The first tube includes a first gas-inlet/outlet end and a second gas-inlet/outlet end respectively connected to the tank and the case body. The second gas-inlet/outlet end is connected to the first dehumidifying material. The second tube includes a liquid-inlet end and a liquid-outlet end respectively connected to the case body and the tank.

Abstract: The PCB wind tunnel test device includes: a flow-stabilizing structure, which includes: a box used to provide flow channels for air entering the flow-stabilizing structure; flow-stabilizing plates, which are inserted into the cavities of the box in a layered manner; a wind source, arranged at an air inlet of the flow-stabilizing structure; a test device, arranged at the outlet of the flow-stabilizing structure. When the flow-stabilizing structure receives the wind energy provided by the wind source, the state of the air flow is adjusted by flow stabilization, so that the test device tests the air passing through the flow-stabilizing structure. The present invention solves the problem that conventional wind tunnels cannot test at low air volumes and enables PCB testing at different ambient temperatures.

Abstract: A test card and a test display adapter are disclosed. The test card includes an assembling plate and an electrical heat source. The electrical heat source is provided on the assembling plate. The electrical heat source includes a first heat transfer plate, a second heat transfer plate and at least one heat source element. The first heat transfer plate is stacked on the assembling plate, and the second heat transfer plate is laminated over the first heat transfer plate, with the heat source element being sandwiched between the first and second heat transfer plates. Abstract: A secondary detection system for integrating automated optical inspection and neural network and a method thereof are disclosed. In the secondary detection system, an automated optical inspection apparatus performs automated optical inspection for pin solder joints on circuit board, and when a detection result indicates abnormal condition, the secondary detection device calculates a detection image probability value based on the component image feature and the template image feature, and calculate pin solder joint image probability values based on the component pin solder joint image feature and the template pin solder joint image feature through siamese neural network, to obtain a minimum probability value among the detection image probability value and pin solder joint image probability values. The minimum probability value is used to determine whether to change the detection result, thereby providing accurate detection result of automated optical inspection and increasing a first pass yield.

The liquid cooling seal box includes a sealed heat conduction box body, an inner cavity of the heat conduction box body includes a heating device and an insulating liquid in which the heating device is immersed, the insulating liquid absorbs heat of the heating device and vaporizes, vaporized steam rises to the top of the inner cavity of the heat conduction box body to be cooled and liquefied, and a liquefied insulating liquid falls back into the insulating liquid at the bottom of the inner cavity. The liquid cooling seal box of the present disclosure resolves problems of reliability, harsh environment, balance of volume and computation power, etc., is suitable for an in-vehicle system, and may implement stable and reliable running of a server in an in-vehicle environment.
