    Abstract: Methods for obtaining an aqueous extract of a microalgae Dunaliella salina cultivated in the absence of light in a culture medium of a yeast extract, sugar and salt include solubilising a yeast extract in water then adding sugar and salt. After solubilisation of the salt and at a pH between 5 and 8, the microalgae Dunaliella salina is added with stirring, in darkness and at room temperature, for a fermentation period of at least 12 hours.
