    Abstract: An abutting portion is provided as a portion of an edge portion of an upper wall portion, and abuts against an edge portion of a first side wall portion when the upper wall portion bends toward the inside of a tubular wall portion. The projection portion projects from the upper wall portion, and restricts insertion of the tubular wall portion toward the back of the housing by abutting against the housing when the tubular wall portion is inserted into the housing in an orientation different from a predetermined insertion orientation. The engaging portion is configured to be able to engage with an engaged portion provided on an inner side of the housing.     Abstract: The pressure welding contact is provided with an electric wire connecting portion and a contact connecting portion. The electric wire connecting portion comprises a first fixing plate and a pressure welding piece. The contact connecting portion comprises a second fixing plate and an elastic piece. The second fixing plate contacts the first fixing plate. The elastic piece turns back from the base end portion of the second fixing plate. Further, the elastic piece is disposed in a state inclined upwards, towards the tip portion of the second fixing plate. The elastic piece comprises at its tip portion a contact point portion. The mating side connector can be inserted from between the second fixing plate and the elastic piece.

    Abstract: The connector is provided with a locking mechanism capable of engaging and disengaging with each other a receptacle and a plug. The receptacle is provided with a first housing and a first contact. The plug is provided with a second housing and a second contact. The first housing has at a recess portion a lock arm provided at its end with a hook portion. The second housing has at a header portion an engaging protrusion. When the header portion is inserted into the recess portion, the engaging protrusion rides over the hook portion, and the complete fitting of the receptacle and the plug can be felt. When the header portion is pulled out from the recess portion, the hook portion is displaced, and the plug can be readily pulled out from the receptacle.
