Abstract: The invention relates to a paint-spraying apparatus for generating a shaped paint jet, including a paint nozzle positioned in an annular gap, wherein the paint nozzle comprises a needle with a needle head and also comprises a paint outlet opening, wherein the needle head is displaceable with respect to the paint outlet opening over a longitudinal axis of the needle in order to control a needle valve formed from the paint outlet opening and the needle head, and wherein the needle head, in a closed position of the paint nozzle, plugs in a form-fitting manner with respect to the longitudinal axis in the paint outlet opening, wherein the paint outlet opening is rotatable together with the needle head about the longitudinal axis in order to rotate the orientation of the shaped paint jet with respect to the longitudinal axis.
Abstract: An apparatus for delivering a viscous material by means of an eccentric screw pump, includes a framework for carrying and fastening apparatus elements, a pump-housing portion for carrying a stator and a rotor in the form of a delivery screw, suction and pressure regions for introducing and discharging the delivery material, respectively, an electric drive unit for driving the rotor in the stator in a first direction of rotation for delivering the delivery material, a control mechanism for activating the drive unit, and one or more releasable retaining members for the rotationally fixed and/or positionally fixed connection of the drive unit and of the stator. A change in the direction of rotation to a second direction of rotation of the electric drive unit, with the retaining mechanism released, gives rise to automatic separation of the pump-housing portion with the stator by virtue of the rotor being unscrewed.
Abstract: The invention relates to a portable paint spraying system, comprising a base station with a blower, paint spraying means, in particular a paint spray gun, at least one tube for connecting the base station and the paint spraying means, at least one paint container for receiving a quantity of paint, and a device for transmitting power to the paint container, wherein the quantity of paint in the paint container is heated by the transmitted power. In this case, the device for transmitting power is arranged in the base station.
Abstract: The invention relates to a paint spraying device comprising an operator unit arranged at a first end of the paint spraying device and a spray head arranged at a second end of the paint spraying device, wherein the operator unit has an air connection for an air line. The operator unit has a guide for a paint line, via which the spray head is supplied with paint, the operator unit comprises a signal transducer for generating a control signal, the operator unit has a control connection for a control line, a barrel is arranged between the operator unit and the spray head, and an air stream is led from the operator unit to the spray head through the barrel.

Abstract: An air cap for generating an air stream by means of an atomized liquid is proposed, the liquid being atomized via a liquid nozzle, preferably with a needle valve, in the region of an air outlet orifice of the air cap, and the air cap comprising at least one further air outlet orifice which is connected to at least one following air director and which generates a directed air jet. According to the invention, the air director is produced, in particular formed, as a separate element and is connectable to the air cap.

Abstract: The paint spray gun according to the invention with paint jet deflection comprises a spray gun body with a paint reservoir, a paint dispensing device, an airflow gate with through flow orifices, an air cap with through flow orifices and a first through flow air director or air horn with a first air passage cross section and at least one second through flow air director or air horn with a second air passage cross section, the airflow gate being arranged in front of the air cap in the airflow direction in the region of the paint dispensing device. The invention is characterized in the present case in that the first air passage cross section is designed to be enlarged with respect to at least the second air passage cross section.
Abstract: In a spray gun for spraying paint and similar media, there is provided a gun housing and a reservoir tank removably attached to the gun housing for holding the medium to be sprayed. The reservoir tank is configured as a commercially available storage container, for example in the form of a paint can, and is directly attached via an adapter to a projection connected to the gun housing. Thus, commercially available storage containers, differing considerably in their dimensions, can be directly fitted onto the gun housing in a short time and by a reliable method. Viscosity settings and transferring of media to be processed from one container to another are therefore not necessary, and the medium can be matched to the particular working implement and application.
