  • Patent number: 7059148
Abstract: The invention provides an air chiller unit mounted on an aircraft for sending cooled air to a service cart etc. for serving meals. The air chiller unit 1 comprises a refrigeration cycle unit equipped on a casing 10. The refrigeration cycle unit is equipped with a refrigerant compressor 20, a condenser 30 and an evaporator 40, and the cooled air is sent to a galley etc. via a blower device 60. The casing 10 is formed of a honeycomb panel. Since the honeycomb panel has high flexural rigidity, the base plate can reliably support the refrigeration cycle unit by itself. Further, since the honeycomb panel has good heat insulating property, the efficiency to cool air is improved.

Abstract: The invention provides a microwave oven capable of reducing the electromagnetic noises in the 2.45 GHz band generated during operation of the microwave oven. A microwave oven 1 comprises a microwave oven main body 2 having a heating chamber 3, and a door attached thereto. A ferrite sheet 14 disposed to cover the gap formed between the microwave oven main body 2 and the door 5 reduces the electric waves leaking through a choke groove 6 formed to a door panel 7. A punching metal plate 11 disposed on an outer side of a rear window film 10 and a wire mesh sheet 19 disposed on an inner side of a front window glass 13 shields the electric waves leaking through the window of the door 5, and the shielded electric waves are flown via a copper tape 20, an aluminum tape 17 and an EMI gasket 18 to a door case 8. Ferrite sheets 21 and 24 reduce the electric waves leaking through the gap of the door 5.

  • Patent number: 7056127
Abstract: The invention provides an audio plug capable of preventing excessive stress from being applied to a plug by enabling a plug body to be detached from a plug-in portion equipped with a channel plug, thus preventing damage and deterioration of function of the plug or a connecting portion between a cable and the plug. An audio plug 1 is equipped with a plug body 2 connected to a cable 3 leading to a headset, and an adapter 20 having channel plugs 30 and 31 that can be plugged into a jack 73, capable of transmitting audio signals from the jack 73 to the plug body 2 when attached. Since the adapter 20 is detachably attached to the plug body 2 by magnetic force, when a force greater than the magnetic force is applied from the cable 3, the plug body 2 is detached from the adapter 20 leaving the adapter 20 plugged into the jack 73, thus preventing poor contact or disconnection caused by excessive force applied to a connecting portion 5 of the cable 3.

  • Publication number: 20060060181
Abstract: The invention aims at reducing the beating noise generated from motors of equipments placed in a galley unit of an aircraft. A galley unit 1 of an aircraft includes a cabinet 10 formed of honeycomb panels and the like. The cabinet 10 has a counter 50 for cooking, and a compartment 20 formed under the counter 50 for storing service carts 30. A plurality of ovens 100 for heating warm dishes are provided above the counter 50. Each oven 100 has a fan motor for making the inner heat even. If all the fan motors of the ovens are driven at the same rotation frequency, a beating noise will be generated from the motor and amplified through the compartment 20. Therefore, the rotation frequencies of the fan motors are slightly varied.

  • Publication number: 20050258794
Abstract: The invention provides a device for automatically opening and closing a lid of a trash bin in noncontact fashion disposed in a lavatory unit of an aircraft. On the upper portion of a trash bin100 disposed in a lavatory unit of an aircraft is attached a lid 50 that pivots via a shaft 250. The reflective infrared radiation sensor 200 attached to a lid frame 60 irradiates infrared radiation IR and detects an object. When the object is detected, a control means drives the DC motor 220 to pivot the shaft 250 via a rotating lever 240 and link arms 242 and 244 to open the lid 50 downward. The fully closed state and the fully opened state of the lid 50 can be detected by position detecting sensors 260 and 262.

  • Patent number: 6966585
Abstract: A door lock device includes a latch projecting from the side surface of the door, and a hook supported opposite to the latch in a doorjamb such that the hook can turn between a latch detaining position and a latch releasing position. A hook control member turns between a hook detaining position at a locking position and a hook releasing position. First, second and third rocking plates are interlocked with the hook control member. When a solenoid actuator rod engaging with the third rocking plate projects upward to fasten the door lock device, the third rocking plate is turned clockwise by a pin, and the second rocking plate having a pin pressed against the third rocking plate turns clockwise. • Patent number: 6945497
Abstract: A cockpit door body 10 can be opened toward a cockpit in a direction shown by arrow R1 by a crew inside a cockpit 3 by manipulating a knob on a first hinge device 40. When rapid decompression occurs in the cockpit, a mechanical pressure-sensitive device of the first hinge device 40 operates to release a bolt from a catch. By the difference in pressure between the cabin and the cockpit, the door body 10 opens in the direction of arrow R1 to thereby reduce pressure difference. When rapid decompression occurs in cabin 4, a second latch device 60 detects this pressure difference and operates mechanically to rotate a link lever 62 to release a stopper 64 from a catch 66. Flaps 30 and 32 are opened toward cabin 4 in the direction of arrow R2 by the difference in pressure between the cockpit and cabin to thereby reduce pressure difference.

A release film laminate 100 formed by sandwiching an adhesive film 130 between release films 110 and 120 is placed on a surface to be provided with surface texturing, before subjecting the same to hot-pressing. The softening temperature of the adhesive film 130 is close to the curing temperature of the thermosetting resin 40, so as to allow the thermosetting resin 40 to be pushed into the space between hard FRP fibers during hot-pressing and to form the surface texturing pattern on the surface of the member.
