    Abstract: According to the application, by measuring mass spectra of urine samples and/or serum samples in a healthy group, a negative control group, a positive control group and a treatment group of a drug to be evaluated, the mass spectra of the samples of the treatment group of the drug to be evaluated and the mass spectra of the samples of the negative control group are compared to calculate a difference between peak areas of characteristic fragment particle peaks of metabolic markers in the samples of the treatment group of the drug to be evaluated and in the samples of the negative control group, and a difference value is used to evaluate multidrug resistance of the drug to be evaluated. The larger the difference value is, the larger a callback value is, and the better an effect of reversing the tumor multidrug resistance is.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an ultralow loss hollow-core antiresonant fiber, which includes an outer layer structure, a hollow-core area and a plurality of closed cavities. The radial section of the inner surface of the outer layer structure is a circle with a first radius. In the circumferential direction of the inner surface of the outer layer structure, the plurality of the closed cavities are spaced from one another and are distributed uniformly and circumferentially. Each closed cavity includes: an outermost wall serving as a first thin wall, and the radial section of the outermost wall is a fan shape or a circle with a second radius. Each closed cavity further includes: second thin walls located in the inner space surrounded by the inner surface of the outermost wall, and the end surfaces of the second thin walls are annular thin-walled structures with thin-walled spacers arranged in the centers.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an online monitoring and source apportionment method for atmospheric particles containing heavy metals, and belongs to the technical field of online quantification and source tracing of atmospheric particles containing heavy metals. The single particle aerosol mass spectrometer and X-ray fluorescence spectrometer are combined to quickly determine the concentration, time series, chemical compositions and mixing state of atmospheric particles containing heavy metals from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives. A heavy metal-containing particle mass concentration limit system is incorporated into the X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. Once the mass concentration of a particle containing heavy metals exceeds the standard, the aerosol mass spectrometer can immediately receive this alert through the information transmission system.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a respirator for measuring a respiratory rate of a biofilm. The respirator includes a body, a carbon dioxide absorption tube and a perforated partition disposed in an interior of the body. The perforated partition divides the interior of the body into an oxygen mass-transfer stir zone provided with a stirring device and a biofilm reaction zone for placing MBBR fillers. The carbon dioxide absorption tube is provided with an air vent and contains a solution capable of absorbing CO2. The perforated partition has a first hole corresponding to a middle portion and a lower portion of the perforated partition and acting as a liquid-exchange channel, and a second hole corresponding to an upper portion of the perforated partition and acting as a gas-exchange channel, and the oxygen mass-transfer stir zone is communicated with the biofilm reaction zone through the liquid-exchange channel and the gas-exchange channel.

    Abstract: An optical fiber sensing apparatus, system, and method capable of in operando and/or in situ monitoring a state of charge (SOC) of an energy storage device such as a capacitor or a battery is provided. The apparatus comprises an optical fiber having a surface plasmon resonance (SPR)-stimulating structure, exemplarily including a tilted grating in a core, and a SPR-active layer coating a cladding, of the optical fiber. The apparatus is configured such that when arranged in a close proximity with an electrode of the energy storage device, SPR waves are stimulated upon receiving an actuating light. Through analysis of signals of the SPR waves, the SOC of the energy storage device can be determined. The apparatus can also be utilized to capture non-SPR optical waves, analysis of which can further derive information such as temperature, pressure, strain, etc. of the energy storage device and/or be used for calibration.

    Abstract: A sensing apparatus, system, and use method for selective detection of a target molecule in a gaseous medium with a limit of detection of less than 50 ppm are provided. The sensing apparatus comprises an optical fiber having a core with a tilted grating, and a coating assembly that is both active to surface plasmon resonance (SPR) and reversibly reactive to the target molecule to allow for repeated detection. Upon a compatible light propagating in the optical fiber, surface plasmon waves at an interface between the coating assembly and the medium can be generated to thereby derive information of the target molecule. Signals from core mode optical waves can additionally be used as inherent reference to remove influences of fluctuations from environmental factors and input power level. There is at least one range of concentrations for the target molecule allowing for linear measurement. Multiplexing of a plurality of sensing apparatuses is also disclosed.

    Abstract: Provided are a series of crocins compounds and related pharmacological applications thereof in prevention and treatment of Alzheimer's disease. The series of crocins compounds are obtained by taking the Chinese herb, namely Gardenia jasminoides Ellis, as a raw material and separating same by means of various methods. The compounds playing a role in preventing oxidative injury caused by hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and excitatory amino acid injury caused by L-glutamic acid are screened out by in-vitro cell experiments. The results show that the crocins compounds have good effect in preventing cell injury caused by H2O2 and L-glutamic acid. The compounds have good effect in preventing and treating Alzheimer's disease due to the fact that significant rise of oxidative stress and excitatory amino acid is a key factor for nerve injury in Alzheimer's disease, and have broad development and application prospect.
