The clip apparatus includes a biasing member structured to be coupled to and flex with respect to the elongated body, a light emitting component coupled to the biasing member, a power source located internal with respect to the biasing member and configured to energize the light emitting component, and a button mechanism coupled to the biasing member and configured to activate the power source in order to energize the light emitting component.

Abstract: A vise includes a pair of clamping jaws defining a cavity therebetween for holding a workpiece or tool, a primary screw for moving the pair of clamping jaws toward and away from one another, thereby allowing a workpiece or tool to be clamped in a first direction, and an anvil extending outwardly from a first clamping jaw of the pair of clamping jaws.

Abstract: A hybrid sawhorse has a first pair of legs connected to a first bracket and a second pair of legs connected to a second bracket and a head connected to and extending between the first and second brackets. The head is reversible, having a top with a channel therein extending parallel to a length of the head and having a bottom having a groove extending perpendicular to its length, such as for accepting workpieces in different orientations. The legs are extendable, such as to defined locked positions. The sawhorse may include spaced hooks, such as for use as a cord wrap, and may include at least one bracket located at an end of the head, such as for accepting and supporting a piece of lumber.

Abstract: A sawhorse has a first pair of legs connected to a first bracket, the first pair of legs comprising first and second legs which are independently movable relative to one another, a second pair of legs connected to a second bracket, the second pair of legs comprising third and fourth legs which are independently movable relative to one another, and a head connected to the first and second brackets and spacing the first and second pairs of legs from one another. The legs can be moved from an extended position to a retracted or collapsed position where they extend along and generally parallel to the head. The sawhorse includes a latching mechanism which allows it to be connected to a second sawhorse for storage and transport.

Abstract: A removal tool is provided. The removal tool includes a wrench apparatus having a body having a handle, wherein a portion of the body is structured to engage a securing member. The removal tool also includes a locking tool assembly and a transfer assembly. The locking tool assembly has a first jaw, a second jaw coupled to the first jaw, and a handle extending from the first jaw, the first and second jaws being structured to engage a conduit. The conduit is coupled to the securing member. The transfer assembly is coupled to the handles of the wrench apparatus and the locking tool assembly in order to transfer a force therebetween, thereby allowing the securing member to be removed from the conduit.

Abstract: A power ratchet includes a ratchet body and a handle portion connected to the ratchet body. A ratchet assembly is disposed within a cavity of the ratchet body. The ratchet assembly includes a drive member, a pawl, and a ring gear. The ring gear is rotatable within the cavity and includes inner teeth that interface with the pawl. The ring gear has a flange with an interfacing surface and a cam follower. A drive assembly of the power ratchet has a motor and a drive shaft. The drive shaft includes a cam. The cam interfaces with the cam follower when the motor unit rotates the drive shaft to rotate the drive member via the pawl and the inner teeth. The interfacing surface of the flange interfaces with a stop surface formed in the cavity to transfer a torque applied to the handle portion to the drive member.
