Abstract: In bending angle detection, a linear projected light image formed on the surface of a workpiece is photographed by a photographing device; the actual inclination angle of a specimen is stored as data in correspondence with the inclination angle and position of the specimen in an image; and the bending angle of the workpiece is obtained by accessing the data, with the inclination angle and position of the linear projected light image in an image produced by photographing. In main straight line extraction, main pixels are obtained from the distribution of the brightness of pixels aligned on specified axes and a main straight line is obtained from a plurality of main pixels. For extracting only a necessary straight line from an image including unnecessary straight lines, the photographing device is so disposed as to photograph a lower bender and a second straight line from the bottom end of the image is extracted.

Abstract: A water solvent extraction degreasing method capable of reducing degreasing time without consideration of abrupt decomposition/vaporization and swelling caused by heat. An organic binder is removed from a molded product that is produced by a powder material mixed with the organic binder and this organic binder contains at least one water-soluble organic compound and at least one water-insoluble thermoplastic resin. The degreasing step of this method includes a water solvent extraction step for extracting the water-soluble organic compound from the organic binder contained in the molded product, using water as a solvent.
Abstract: Disclosed is a supercharging device for a vehicle engine, for use in construction machines, etc., that has high acceleration performance, that is compactly made but provides high output, and that provides good engine braking efficiency, and a method for controlling such a supercharging device. A vehicle engine of the present invention, on which is mounted a mechanical supercharger that is driven by mechanical means using an output of the engine, comprises: a differential planetary gear device (10), which is connected to the vehicle engine (1) and which has differential limiting means (L) for distributing power that is produced by the vehicle engine for driving a mechanical supercharger (40) and for driving; and the mechanical supercharger (40), which is to be driven by the differential planetary gear device (10).
Abstract: A low-cost thermal decomposition degreasing method capable of drastically reducing the time required for a degreasing process which involves heating, vaporization and thermal decomposition, while assuring the shape retention property of an injection molded product during degreasing. The degreasing process comprises: (i) a first step wherein a molded product placed under a reduced pressure less than or equal to atmospheric pressure is heated at a temperature lower than the melting point of a thermoplastic binder so that the thermoplastic binder partially evaporates by 5 wt % or more, and then the molded product is further heated at a temperature lower than higher one of the melting points of a more volatile organic compound and a thermoplastic resin whereby the thermoplastic binder further evaporates by 10 wt % or more, and wherein the final temperature is set to 200.degree. C.
Abstract: A direction control valve is formed by providing a main spool for establishing and blocking communication between an inlet port, first and second actuator ports and first and second tank ports. A pressure compensation valve comprising a check valve portion and pressure reduction portion is provided for compensating the pressurized fluid with a load pressure and supplying it to the inlet port. A plurality of valve blocks are connected to each other with respective first and second tank ports and respective pump ports in fluid communication. A pump port of one of the valve blocks is connected to a main inlet port, and a tank port of one of the valve blocks is connected to a main tank port.
