  • Patent number: 5684694
Abstract: A control system designed such that if a heavy load is imposed on a vehicle during running and a hydraulic relief state in which an oil pressure in a hydraulic circuit for a hydrostatic transmission unit exceeds a relief pressure is detected, the angle of a discharge controlling swash plate for a pump is reduced to a specified value (e.g., 50% of the maximum angle) or less, whereby the stall of the vehicle and the overheat of machine parts are prevented.

  • Patent number: 5676518
Abstract: An unstacking feeder capable of unstacking sheet materials efficiently from a sheet stack has a sheet stack transfer device (3) for transferring a sheet stack, which consists of a plurality of stacked sheet materials (1a), along a circulating transport configuration extending across a predetermined unstacking position (A). In order to separate individual sheet materials from a sheet stack in order, a floater (6) is selected and supplied automatically in accordance with the configuration of the sheet materials by a floater supply mechanism (5, 7, 7d). Each unstacked sheet material is transferred to equipment in the subsequent stage, such as a transfer feeder by sheet material transporting arrangements (11, 19). During this period, each sheet material (1a) separated by the floater (6) is transferred onto a sheet material transporting arrangement by a sheet material transfer device (9).

  • Patent number: 5671137
Abstract: A response control system for a hydrostatic-mechanical transmission. In this system, it is determined in digging/moving operation whether an actual speed ratio which is the ratio of the revolution speed of the output shaft to the revolution speed of the power source is equal to a specified value or less, and if so, a target speed ratio which is a target value for the ratio of the revolution speed of the output shaft to the revolution speed of the power source is set, limiting the amount of change in the target speed ratio per unit time. Based on the target speed ratio thus set, the angle of at least either of discharge controlling swash plates is controlled, thereby reducing vehicle acceleration at the primary stage of digging. In order to slow down the response to a change in load during digging operation, a constant indicating the response to a change in engine revolution is set small in proximity to a target engine revolution speed.

  • Patent number: 5630317
Abstract: This invention aims to improve the operability in a hydraulic drive machine. According to a load Pp on work machine actuators 3 and 4, a differential pressure of a discharge pressure Pp of a hydraulic pump and a load pressure PLS is varied. Further, the differential pressure is varied so that the differential pressure between the discharge pressure Pp of the hydraulic pump 2 and the load pressure PLS decreases as the load Pp on the work machine actuators 3 and 4 increases and a rotational speed .epsilon.E of an engine decreases. Furthermore, the rotational speed .epsilon.E of the engine 1, discharge pressure Pp of the hydraulic pump 2, the operation amounts S1 and S2 of the various operation levers are detected, respectively, the absorbing torque of the hydraulic pump 2 is set based on the detected rotational speed .epsilon.E and a target rotational speed .epsilon.

  • Patent number: 5629850
Abstract: A device for automatically detecting vehicle slip. A theoretical turning velocity .omega.t is detected when wheels or crawlers of a vehicle 1 do not slip at all with respect to the road surface on which the vehicle travels based on outputs v and .phi. of a vehicle speed sensor 5 and a steering angle sensor 4. A current turning angular velocity .omega.r of the vehicle 1 is then computed based on the output of a heading angle sensor 6. The slip of the vehicle 1 is then detected based on a difference between these two turning angular velocities .omega.t and .omega.r. It is therefore possible to prevent course deviation and the like, and thus possible to dramatically improve vehicle safety.
