Patents Assigned to Kabushiki Kaisha Moric
  • Patent number: 6573629
Abstract: A three-phase magneto generator that provides a greater and more uniform output for a given driving force and at a lower temperature to provide a more compact generator. This is accomplished by having no more than two armature teeth are in registry with a single magnetic segment during the relative rotation.

  • Patent number: 6566779
Abstract: An improved armature winding arrangement for a rotating electrical machine such as a specifically illustrated DC motor for driving a vehicle wheel. The assembly is such that the armature core can be formed from two laminated pieces that are rigidly connected to each other and held against axial movement. This eliminates the need for bonding adhesive. In addition, an improved bobbin arrangement is employed for both permitting attachment of a wiring plate directly to the core but also for retaining the ends of the individual windings to prevent them from becoming loose either during assembly or in operation.

  • Patent number: 6525433
Abstract: A method and apparatus of vehicle theft prevention, which utilizes a key having a transponder bearing an ID and a key cylinder, that is adapted to receive this key and which has an antenna for supplying electrical power to the transponder and receiving an ID signal back from it. This system permits easy correction of incorrectly set original IDs or the simple substitution of a new key or an old master key as a new master key into a vehicle wherein the lock cylinder must be replaced due to a defect.

  • Patent number: 6525418
Abstract: A rotating electrical machine control embodying a circuit including semiconductor devices mounted on a conductive pattern formed on a metal substrate without using heat sinks. Performance is improved as is durability by matching the linear expansion coefficient of the resin used to seal the semiconductor chips with that of the conductive pattern formed on the metal substrate.

  • Patent number: 6465973
Abstract: Several embodiments of improved 2-phase DC brushless motors. In each embodiment, there are pluralities of windings and the current flow through the windings is controlled by a reduced number of main switches from the prior art type of devices. In accordance with a feature of certain embodiments, pair of windings are provided with a common CT that detects the current flowing through the connected pair of windings and which functions to control the main switching device in a pulse width modulated manner. As a result, the control circuit can be simplified and reduced in cost without sacrificing performance.
