Abstract: 1. Vehicle (10), in particular tracked vehicle (10). 2.1 The invention relates to a vehicle (10), in particular a tracked vehicle (10), having a manual controller (40) for controlling driving functions of the vehicle (10) and/or additional functions of the vehicle (10), the manual controller (40) having a base (42) and a handle which can move in relation to the base (44) and is designed such that it can pivot at least about a substantially horizontal pivot axis (44a, 44b) for control purposes. 2.2 According to the invention, the handle (44) has a contact zone (46) which is to be held by the inner surface of a hand, the manual controller (40) having at least one touch sensor (50, 52) which is designed to detect that a user is touching the handle (44).
Abstract: The invention relates to a crawler vehicle having a chain drive with two closed chains (110) which are arranged spaced apart in the vehicle transverse direction and which are guided in each case at a first end around a drive wheel (112) and at a second end around a guide wheel (114), and which are designed to be supported against the ground in a ground-side chain section (110a) between the drive wheel (112) and the guide wheel (114). According to the invention, in each case at least one support rail (130) which extends in the vehicle longitudinal direction is arranged between the drive wheels (112) and the guide wheels (114), which support rail (130) is designed to bear permanently against a contact section (110d) of the respective ground-side chain section (110a). The invention also relates to the use in particular for snow-going crawler vehicles, for example piste grooming vehicles.
Abstract: A piste grooming apparatus for a motor vehicle, in particular a track-laying vehicle, includes a cutter support which can be adjusted relative to the motor vehicle about a plurality of axes and which has a cutting shaft arrangement that is arranged rotatably in an impact housing. A smoothing mechanism is arranged—as seen in the forward direction of travel of the motor vehicle—behind the cutting shaft arrangement and is held in an adjustable manner. The impact housing and the cutting shaft arrangement are held on the cutter support in a manner such that they can be adjusted about a pivot axis which—as seen in the forward direction of travel of the motor vehicle—lies behind an axis of rotation of the cutting shaft arrangement.

Abstract: The invention proposes a drive system for a vehicle, in particular for a tracked vehicle, having a drive machine and at least one load, which is mechanically coupled to an output drive of the drive machine, at least one control means being associated with the at least one load and reducing a power consumption of the at least one load in a starting phase of the drive machine temporarily compared with a power consumption in an operating state of the load whilst maintaining the mechanical coupling. Such a drive system has an improved starting capability compared with known systems since the reduction in the power consumption of the load in the starting phase of the drive machine reduces the risk of the drive machine stalling. The drive system according to the invention is considered to be particularly advantageous in the case of hydraulic loads and generators.
