  • Patent number: 11958802
Abstract: A photopolymerization sensitizer may not cause problems of dusting or coloring of a cured product due to bleeding of additives such as the photopolymerization sensitizer on the surface, e.g., by blooming at the time of photo-curing or during storage of the cured product, and which provides a practically sufficient photo-curing rate. A 9,10-bis(alkoxycarbonylalkyleneoxy)anthracene compound having ester groups, of formula (I): wherein A is a C1-20 alkylene group, optionally branched by an alkyl group, R is a C1-20 alkyl group, optionally branched by the alkyl group, the C1-20 alkyl group optionally being a cycloalkyl group or a cycloalkylalkyl group, and X and Y are independently a hydrogen, a C1-8 alkyl group, or a halogen.

  • Patent number: 11613509
Abstract: A conventional polymerization inhibitor is for example an agent to scavenge radicals generated during storage of a radical polymerizable compound and used to stably handle the radical polymerizable compound, but is unnecessary when the radical polymerizable compound is to be subjected to radical polymerization reaction, and is preferably removed at the time of the radical polymerization reaction. The object of the present invention is to obviate inconvenience of removing the polymerization inhibitor at the time of radical polymerization. The radical polymerization control agent contained in a radical polymerizable composition of the present invention functions as a radical polymerization inhibitor for example stored in a dark place, but loses its radical polymerization inhibiting effect when polymerization is initiated while being irradiated with light at a certain specific wavelength at the time of polymerization.

  • Patent number: 7056418
Abstract: A lignocellulose material is cooked by means of an alkaline cooking liquor containing polysulfides in the presence of a quinone-hydroquinone compound, of which the oxidation-reduction potential in the form present during the cooking, which potential is a value calculated as a standard oxidation-reduction potential (Ea) with a hydrogen ion activity of 1, is within a range of from 0.12 to 0.25V to the standard hydrogen electrode potential. It is thereby possible to cook the lignocellulose material with a low Kappa number and in good yield and at the same time, to reduce the amount of the chemical solution used and to reduce the load on a recovery boiler.
