Abstract: The aim of the invention is to provide a sieve jigger comprising a sieved-product rocker that can be pivoted upwards and downwards, whose lifting displacement and/or lifting frequency can be controlled beyond previously accepted limits and which does not require vibration dampers that are subject to wear. To achieve this, the sieved-product rocker is operated by means of a lifting and braking cylinder comprising an integrated measuring device for the displacement of the cylinder piston and a working chamber, to which a hydraulic-oil supply and evacuation conduit is connected, said conduit containing an integrated proportional control valve. The lifting and braking cylinder interacts with the proportional control valve by means of a displacement sensor and a governor in order to control the displacement upwards and downwards and thus the lifting height and/or the lifting frequency of the rocker.

Abstract: The aim of the invention is to provide grinding rolls in particular for high-pressure roller mills or rolling presses for pressure grinding a granular material not only with a wear-resistant coating but also with a face armour plating in the area of the roller annular edge, which has a long service life due to the high wear resistance thereof and whose production and repair are, in general, relatively simple and inexpensive. For this purpose, the inventive face armour plating consists of a plurality of prefabricated hard bodies which are circularly arranged side by side in such a way that the circular face edge of the roller is formed, said hard bodies are disposed on said circular shoulder of a roll shell such that said hard bodies are placed axially and radially against said circular shoulder of the roll shell and are movably assembled with the roll shell.

Abstract: The invention aims at providing a bulk material cooler particularly for hot cement clinker, wherein the conveyance performance and the efficiency of the cooler are enhanced and problems due to wear are reduced. According to the invention, the cooling grates of several adjacent, elongated bottom elements extending in longitudinal direction of the cooler are put together, said bottom elements being movably controlled independently of one another between a work clearance stroke position in the direction of conveyance of the material to be cooled and a return stroke position in such a way that the material to be cooled is gradually conveyed through the cooler according to the walking floor transport system, wherein the bottom elements are configured as hollow bodies and enable the cold air to go through yet prevent grate sifting of the material to be cooled.
Abstract: A fastening arrangement between a riding ring and a casing of a rotary cylinder, whereby the riding ring encircles the casing of the rotary cylinder with clearance, including support elements affixed to the casing of the rotary cylinder and projecting radially outwardly. The riding ring has at least one circular groove on a surface thereof. A plurality of clamping elements are distributed around a perimeter of the riding ring, the distributed clamping elements engaging in a force-fit manner with the circular groove of the riding ring. The clamping elements are connected with the support elements, whereby the riding ring is immobilized in both the axial and circumferential directions relative to the casing of the rotary cylinder. The support elements affixed to the rotary cylinder casing have spring guides oriented axially relative to the rotary cylinder, between each of which is positioned a clamping element tensioned in a force-fit manner on the riding ring.
Abstract: In order to provide, for a grate cooler for cooling hot bulk material, such as, for example, cement clinker, an, in particular, automatically operating cooling air regulator which has a simple construction and can be used without difficulty both for unmoved and, in particular, for moved cooling grate regions or moved cooling grate systems, for example, cylindrical hose sleeve comprised of elastic material be tension-mounted as an actuating member coaxially in the regulator housing which is arranged below the cooling grate, participates in the movements of the latter and has a casing comprised of solid material, the pressure difference inside and outside the hose sleeve and the deformation resistance of the sleeve being set such that the hose sleeve is deformable, in particular, automatically from its maximum flow cross section into its minimum flow cross section and at the same time regulates the volume flow of the cooling air flow from below into the cooling grate.
Abstract: The aim of the invention is to create a compact circulating grinding plant comprising a product bed comminution roller mill or roller press and a sifter device, in which the problem of mechanically transporting the grinding product that is directed through the circuit is minimized. Said aim is achieved by a circulating grinding plant in which a static cascade sifter is disposed below the gap of the roller press while a subsequent sifter, particularly a dynamic rod basket sifter, is disposed above said roller press. The sifting product discharge area of the static cascade sifter is connected to the sifting air and sifting product inlet of the subsequent sifter via an ascending duct which pneumatically conveys the product.

Abstract: The aim of the invention is to create a bypass system for a cement clinker production line, which is characterized by particularly low investment costs and operating costs, thus being economically favorable. Said aim is achieved by installing the bypass system in such a way that the capacity of pre-existing system filters such as the main exhaust gas filter and/or the cooler exhaust filter can also be used for treating the bypass gas flow.
