Abstract: A closure device having a lock element that can be locked on a mating piece, preferably for closing a sealing flap of an opening, in particular an inspection flap, preferably in a drywall construction, in particular for a wall or a ceiling is provided. A closure device is distinguished by the fact that the lock element is arranged in such a way that, preferably under the action of a spring, in a first position with respect to the mating piece it is or can be moved into a locking position and, in a second position, it reaches a position and/or a state without any blocking action.
Abstract: Beads of materials such as activated alumina, zeolite and silica gel, are used as chloride salt absorbers. The beads are mixed with high-salt gypsum. After mixing for a short time, the mixtures are dried, and the beads and the powder are separated by using a sieve or other physical separation device resulting in a low-salt gypsum which can be used as a gypsum source to make gypsum wallboard.

Abstract: Mineral wool fibers having a mineral wool fiber composition are manufactured by introducing batch materials into a melter, melting the mineral batch materials in the melter to provide a melt and fiberizing the melt to form the mineral wool fibers. The batch materials comprise i) fibers having a first batch material composition which is different from the mineral wool fiber composition and consisting of scrap fibers which have broken at a bushing producing continuous fibers; and ii) one of more additional mineral batch materials.
Abstract: The invention relates to a dry-connection stud having a web and a first and second flange connected to the web, wherein flange beads are provided in at least one of the flanges, wherein the flange beads each extend in the longitudinal direction of the stud over a flange bead length that is less than an overall length of the stud, wherein the flange beads are disposed at a center distance from each other. The invention further relates to a dry-construction wall with such a dry-construction stud.
Abstract: A connecting element is provided for connecting an essentially vertically arranged or arrangeable upright for a non-bearing wall structure with an essentially horizontal bar, in particular a steel profile with a U-shaped cross section, preferably a ceiling profile, to allow a sliding compensation movement in essentially the vertical direction, and with at least one fastening section for fastening to the bar or the preferable ceiling profile of a load-bearing or non-loading-bearing ceiling structure and with a least one sliding guide for the upright.
Abstract: An apparatus for producing fibers from molten material includes a drive shaft rotatable about an axis, a slinger basket including a base, a side wall, and an interior void. The side wall extends axially upward from the base and includes a plurality of distribution holes. The interior void extends radially from the drive shaft to the side wall and extends axially from the base to an upper opening which extends radially outward from the drive shaft toward the upper flange. A spinner body is coupled with the slinger basket and includes a roof contacting and extending radially outward from the upper flange such that the upper opening is substantially unobstructed by the spinner body. A spinner side wall extends axially downward from the roof and includes a fiberizing region including a plurality of fiberizing holes provided therein.
Abstract: An additive injection system can be a part of a cementitious slurry mixing and dispensing assembly. The additive injection system can be used to inject an additive into an auxiliary slurry discharge conduit carrying a secondary flow of cementitious slurry produced in the assembly such that the secondary slurry stream is different from a main slurry stream discharged from a main slurry discharge conduit.
