Abstract: A faucet includes a valve cartridge configured to control a flow of water and a structure that supports the valve cartridge. The structure includes a mount having a concave portion and a smooth portion positioned adjacent to the concave portion. The structure includes a lock plate that detachably couples to the mount, in which the lock plate has a convex portion. The convex portion of the lock plate interfaces with the concave portion of the mount in a first rotational position to secure the lock plate relative to the mount. The lock plate slides along the smooth portion in a second rotational position.

Abstract: A tub and shower diverter assembly includes a manifold sub-assembly configured to be detachably coupled to, and in fluid communication with, an existing waterway connector of a conventional tub and shower diverter system. The manifold sub-assembly includes a manifold, a flow control valve coupled to the manifold, and a tolerance adjuster. The flow control valve is configured to provide a flow of water to a tub or a shower device. The tolerance adjustor is coupled to the flow control valve and is configured to be selectively adjusted to change an axial position of the tolerance adjustor relative to a wall adjacent the manifold sub-assembly.
