  • Patent number: 11484295
Abstract: An ultrasound diagnostic apparatus transmits ultrasound toward a subject by driving an ultrasound probe in which multiple transducers are arranged in an array, receives a reception signal that is based on waves reflected within the subject from the ultrasound probe, and generates an ultrasound image. The ultrasound diagnostic apparatus includes: a scan control section that sets scan conditions so that trapezoidal scanning is performed by the ultrasound probe; and a transmission section that controls driving of the ultrasound probe based on the scan conditions. The scan control section sets the scan conditions so that the inter-acoustic line angles in or around the center of the ultrasound probe are smaller than the inter-acoustic line angles near the edges when viewed along the scan direction.

  • Patent number: 11484280
Abstract: A radiographic image capturing system is described. If a hardware processor determines that an image processor and an image analyzing unit are capable of sharing image data via an identical memory, the image processor stores image data in the memory and the image analyzing unit analyzes the image data with reference to the memory. If the hardware processor determines that the image processor and the image analyzing unit can send and receive the data via a wired network, the image processor transfers the data to the image analyzing unit, and the image analyzing unit analyzes the data. If the hardware processor determines that the image processor and the image analyzing unit can send and receive the data via a wireless network, the image processor compresses the data or decimates partial data and transfers the data to the image analyzing unit, and the image analyzing unit decompresses and analyzes the data.

  • Publication number: 20220334528
Abstract: There is a need to provide an image generator and an image generation method capable of avoiding wasting a normal printed matter if any in sheets of paper output after an occurrence of waste paper. When paper contains an abnormal image, the paper is detected as waste paper based on a read result from an image read sensor. Detection of the waste paper allows an image generator to perform reprint from a print job for the waste paper. Normal-image paper may be contained in sheets of paper output between detection of the waste paper and the reprint to be performed. In this case, the normal-image paper is used as a normal printed matter and is avoided from being consumed wastefully.
