Abstract: Embodiments of systems and methods for providing a graphical user interface (GUI) for controlling virtual workspaces produced across Information Handling Systems (IHSs) are described. An IHS may include a processor and a memory coupled to the processor, the memory having program instructions stored thereon that, upon execution, cause the IHS to: establish a virtual workspace across a screen of the IHS and a second screen of a second IHS, at least in part, through a backend IHS; and provide a virtual workspace interface on the screen, where the virtual workspace interface comprises a first graphical representation of the IHS and a second graphical representation of the second IHS, and where in response to a user dragging a first instance of an application window displayed on the screen to the second graphical representation of the second IHS, a second instance of the application window is rendered on the second screen.

Abstract: A polyolefin composition made from or containing: T1) 50-90 wt % of a recycled polyolefin mixture; and T2) 10-50 wt % of a polyolefin component containing: A) 5-35% by weight of a propylene homopolymer or a propylene ethylene copolymer; B) 20-50% by weight of a copolymer of ethylene and a C3-C8 alpha-olefin made from or containing 0.1-20% by weight of alpha-olefin units; and C) 30-60% by weight of a copolymer of ethylene and propylene made from or containing 25-75% by weight of ethylene units.

Abstract: A system and method are provided of minimizing network bandwidth used from an external network by client peers in a local network. The method can include the operation of organizing a plurality of clients each having media streamlets and a client parent in a structure within the local network. Mapping information propagates through the structure. The mapping information represents local streamlet locations as stored by the plurality of clients. Another operation is retrieving a local streamlet from a client identified in the mapping information as having the local streamlet for the requesting client.

Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, a method of receiving, by a processing system including a processor, viewership data for a plurality of viewers watching a program; identifying, by the processing system, an anomalous event from the viewership data, wherein the viewership data includes data points per viewer logged on a per second basis, and wherein the processing system identifies the anomalous event using a pattern recognition algorithm; analyzing, by the processing system, the viewership data to determine a reason for the anomalous event; and providing, by the processing system, a user interface that presents a comparison of the anomalous event versus a standard and indicia for the reason for the anomalous event. Abstract: In an example of the disclosure, carrier liquid is supplied to a container with a set of walls defined at least partially by a surface of an electrode. The carrier liquid is caused to move through a container via a carrier liquid flow path to sequentially encounter a set of accumulation elements. Each accumulation element is situated between adjacent walls. A voltage is applied to the electrode to generate an electric field between the electrode surface and the set of accumulation elements. The electric field causes contaminant from the carrier liquid to adhere to the set of accumulation elements.

Abstract: A controller of an information handling system may detect a power fault event for one or more of a plurality of memories configured to operate in a memory mirroring mode. The controller may deactivate the one or more of the plurality of memories by mapping the one or more of the plurality of memories out from usage without rebooting the information handling system based, at least in part, on the detection of the power fault event and the received notification.

Abstract: The present disclosure is drawn to a cutting fluid for use in computer numerical control milling. The cutting fluid can include from about 10 wt % to about 90 wt % of a C2 to C6 alcohol; from about 0.1 wt % to about 20 wt % of a chelating agent; from about 0.5 wt % to about 15 wt % of a metal ion selected from aluminum ion, chromium ion, nickel ion, tin ion, zinc ion, or a combination thereof; and from about 8.5 wt % to about 88.5 wt % water. The cutting fluid can have a surface tension that can range from about 22 dynes/cm to about 55 dynes/cm.

Abstract: An electro-acoustical transducer such as a Piezoelectric Micromachined Ultrasonic Transducers is coupled with an adjustable load circuit having a set of adjustable load parameters including resistance and inductance parameters. Starting from at least one resonance frequency or at least one ring-down parameter of the electro-acoustical transducer a set of model parameters is calculated for a Butterworth-Van Dyke (BVD) model of the electro-acoustical transducer. The BVD model includes an equivalent circuit network having a constant capacitance coupled to a RLC branch and the adjustable load circuit is coupled with the electro-acoustical transducer at an input port of the equivalent circuit network of the model of the electro-acoustical transducer. The adjustable load parameters are adjusted as a function of the set of model parameters calculated for the BVD model of the electro-acoustic transducer to increase the bandwidth or the sensitivity of the electro-acoustic transducer.

Abstract: A portable information handling system supports a flexible OLED display film over housing portions rotationally coupled by a hinge by folding the OLED display film over the hinge. Hinge brackets that couple to the housing portions each have a helical member that extends into an associated helical guide of the hinge main body. Hinge bracket rotation translates through the helical guides for synchronized housing rotation. The hinge main body has first and second circular portions extending along its length to define first and second rotation axes about which the hinge brackets pivot so that the display film has space to fold in the closed position.

Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, obtaining data relating to a user equipment communicatively coupled to a first network node, the data including information regarding a data buffer associated with the user equipment, obtaining node information relating to a second network node, the node information identifying available network resources of the second network node and a coverage range of the second network node, determining, based on the information regarding the data buffer, that a status of the data buffer satisfies a condition, determining that the first network node has insufficient network resources to satisfy a network resource demand of the user equipment based on the determining that the status of the data buffer satisfies the condition, and selectively activating the second network node, based on the available network resources of the second network node and the coverage range of the second network node. Abstract: A manufacturing method creates a type of telescope which is athermal, lightweight, optical quality for visible and IR applications. The method includes: a) optical mirrors being made by immersing a master, that is an optical component with a curvature opposite to the mirror required into an electrolytic bath where the applied current transfers metal ions and deposit them on the master, the cathode, as a layer, b) the layer being bonded by an adhesive, solder or any other attachment process to a mechanical reinforcing structure, c) after the hardening of the bond or glue, the thin layer being finally released from the master and having maintained the optical quality of the master. The master or mandrel can be cleaned and reused for repeating this method and manufacturing large series of telescopes.

Abstract: Examples of a display device with a removably coupled discrete graphics processing unit are described. In an example, the display device includes control circuitry to control the operation of the display device. The display device may further include a graphics interface. The graphics interface is to electrically and removably couple a discrete graphics processing unit (dGPU) to the control circuitry. The dGPU may generate processed display signals based on source display instructions received from a host computing system. The host computing system is any system operating independently with respect to the display device. In one example, visual information is rendered onto a display panel based on the processed display signal.

Abstract: According to examples, an apparatus may include a processor and a memory on which are stored machine-readable instructions that when executed by the processor, may cause the processor to access data corresponding to a 3D object model, in which the data may identify a label placeholder on the 3D object model. The processor may also access fabrication information pertaining to a 3D object to be fabricated based on the data, generate a defined label based on the accessed fabrication information, and may insert the defined label at the label placeholder on the 3D object model, such that the 3D object may be fabricated with the defined label positioned at a location on the 3D object corresponding to the label placeholder on the 3D object model.

Abstract: A memory of an information handling system may determine a memory test pattern for execution on the memory during a memory self-test procedure. The memory may execute the test pattern on the memory. While executing the test pattern on the memory, the memory may determine that a temperature of the memory has exceeded a predetermined temperature threshold. The memory may throttle execution of the test pattern based, at least in part, on the determination that the temperature of the memory has exceeded the first temperature threshold.

Abstract: According to examples, an apparatus may include a processor that may access an assignment of a component connected to a downstream USB port, from among a plurality of downstream USB ports that are downstream of a display device, to a first physical host device from among a plurality of physical host devices connected to the display device via respective upstream USB ports. The apparatus may bind, based on the assignment, the downstream USB port to a first upstream USB port that connects the first physical host device to the display device. The binding may cause the component to be coupled to the first physical host device. The apparatus facilitates assignment of individual components connected to downstream USB ports to one of a plurality of upstream USB ports.

Abstract: Secure code image delivery may include encrypting, using an invariant content encryption key, an invariant portion of a code image for a set of electronic devices to generate an encrypted invariant potion of the code image. A first variant of a variant portion of the code image may be encrypted using a first variant content encryption key to generate a first encrypted variant portion. A second variant of a variant portion of the code image may be encrypted using a second variant content encryption key to generate a second encrypted variant portion. A code image bundle may be generated including the encrypted invariant portion, the first encrypted variant portion, and the second encrypted variant portion.
