Abstract: A conveyor employs an infeed assembly and outfeed assembly, each comprising a nosebar assembly that may be mounted to a conveyor frame to transition a conveyor belt between a returnway and a carryway, a belt guiding roller, such as a sprocket or brake, a position limiter for ensuring proper engagement between the belt guiding roller and the conveyor belt and a connecting plate that ensures proper placement of the position limiter relative to the guide roller. The infeed assembly and outfeed assembly components may be easily moved into engagement and out of engagement to facilitate replacement, cleaning or maintenance.

Abstract: An artificial muscle fiber includes an external fiber and an internal fiber. The external fiber includes a first linear array of actuators having protrusions directed in a first direction. The internal fiber includes a second linear array of actuators having protrusions directed in a second direction opposite to the first direction. Protrusions of the first linear array of actuators and protrusions of the second linear array of actuators are separated by a non-zero gap, and each actuator of the first linear array of actuators and the second linear array of actuators includes a soft magnetic material.

Abstract: A system may display a representative image of historical information associated with a social media account. In an example, an apparatus may include a processor and a memory coupled with the processor that effectuates operations. The operations may include receiving information during a period associated with a social media account, wherein the information comprises one or more keywords associated with an image, text, audio, or video of respective social media posts, and wherein the one or more keywords is determined based on computer image analysis or machine learning of the respective social media posts, based on the information, determining that a threshold amount of activity associated with the social media account corresponds with at least a representative image indicative of the activity during the period; and sending an alert that comprises the representative image.

Abstract: In accordance with embodiments, methods and systems for a trigger to the KWS are provided. The computing device converts an audio signal into a plurality of audio frames. The computing device generates a Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC) matrix. The MFCC matrix includes N columns. Each column of the N columns comprises coefficients associated with audio features corresponding to a different audio frame of the plurality of audio frames. The computing device determines that a trigger condition is satisfied based on an MFCC_0 buffer. The MFCC_0 buffer comprises a first row of the MFCC matrix. The computing device then provides the MFCC matrix to a neural network for the neural network to use the MFCC matrix to make keyword inference based on the determining that the trigger condition is satisfied.

Abstract: Provided herein are methods of documenting breast tissue in an area of interest in a subject in need thereof using automated breast ultrasound. The methods comprise using surface markers that can clearly identify the area of interest in a resulting 3-D image without introducing artifacts that obscure the tissue intended for examination.

Abstract: Subscriber-managed nanoservices enable the states of multiple instances of an object to be contemporaneously updated without requiring an object-wide mutex or per-instance dedicated threads. A separate subscriber-managed nanoservice is implemented for each object instance. Each subscriber-managed nanoservice includes a first function that adds requests to update state of an object instance to a FIFO queue and provides a lock to only one subscriber thread at a time. Each subscriber-managed nanoservice includes a second function that combines queued requests and performs object instance state updates response to calls from the lock-holding subscriber thread. Each subscriber-managed nanoservice functions independently so multiple instances of an object can be contemporaneously updated. Further, it is not necessary to have a dedicated thread for management of each object instance because the subscriber threads call the functions.

Abstract: A logic circuitry package for a replaceable print apparatus component includes an interface to communicate with a print apparatus logic circuit and at least one logic circuit. The at least one logic circuit includes a memory storing at least one temperature calculation parameter. The at least one logic circuit is configured to receive, via the interface, a first request to read the at least one temperature calculation parameter; and transmit, via the interface, the at least one temperature calculation parameter in response to the first request. The at least one logic circuit is configured to receive, via the interface, a second request corresponding to a sensor ID; and transmit, via the interface, a digital value in response to the second request. The digital value adjusted based on the at least one temperature calculation parameter corresponds to an absolute temperature of the print apparatus component.

A record interface is to, in response to the request for authorization, query the database based on an identifier of the wireless network communication device to determine whether the wired network termination unit is authorized to receive the media via a wired communication path, and in response to determining that the wired network termination unit is authorized to receive the media via the wired communication path authorize the wireless communication device to decrypt and present the transmitted media.

Abstract: Information Handling Systems (IHSs), such as rack-mounted servers, may support various types of replaceable components that are installed in bays, such as storage drives and computing nodes. Some servers are constructed using a chassis that includes a front row of bays and an inner row of bays. In embodiments, in a closed position, the front row of bays conceals the inner row of bays until the front row of bays is rotated horizontally to an open position that provides access to the inner row of bays. The front row of bays may be divided into two banks of drive bays. The left and right banks of bays may be opened separately by rotating them horizontally about hinges connecting each bank to the chassis. By opening in this manner, the inner bays can be administered safely and limiting the forces placed on the chassis and the rack.

Abstract: A system and method automatically refactor mature program code having interdependent features to remove instructions pertaining to features that are no longer used. To facilitate reduction of the number of feature dependencies to test, instrumentation data are analyzed to determine which of the available features are in actual use. A graph of feature dependencies is built based on the program configuration, and the program code is simulated, according to existing testing protocols, with various combinations of features disabled to determine whether the program continues to function without error. When features are found that can be safely removed, the codebase is automatically refactored to eliminate the implementing code corresponding to the features. The refactored code then may be further automatically retested and deployed into the production environment.

The hinging region may be adapted to the insertion within it of a hinging element for hinging the link to another link of the chain.
