Abstract: The invention relates to a method for securely transmitting packets on a wireless link. This method advantageously uses a type II HARQ protocol. In a first step (110), a first version of a packet is transmitted, so that the receiver cannot decode it (120). The receiver generates a couple of public and private keys, and sends back to the transmitter a negative acknowledgment as well as said public key. The transmitter then transmits (130) a second version of the packet, encrypted using said public key. The receiver tries (140) to decode a combination of the first and the second versions of the packet. In case of success, a positive acknowledgment is transmitted to the transmitter and, in case of failure, the retransmission process is iterated.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a current candidate thread is selected from each of multiple first groups of threads using a low granularity selection scheme, where each of the first groups includes multiple threads and first groups are mutually exclusive. A second group of threads is formed comprising the current candidate thread selected from each of the first groups of threads. A current winning thread is selected from the second group of threads using a high granularity selection scheme. An instruction is fetched from a memory based on a fetch address for a next instruction of the current winning thread. The instruction is then dispatched to one of the execution units for execution, whereby execution stalls of the execution units are reduced by fetching instructions based on the low granularity and high granularity selection schemes.

Abstract: The measurement is carried out by a device of two non- dissociable measurement chains resulting in a continuous measurement which is representative of the total concentration of tars (even as traces) of a hot gas. It involves coupling of methods including one, SPME/GC/MS/PID, which is discontinuous and a priori partial, the other, PID, which is continuous but difficult to interpret alone. It is based on on-line processing of the elements transmitted by each of the measurement methods used. A tar generator (28) allows calibration of the apparatuses and calculation of the different coefficients required.
