Abstract: Alarm type lock assembly comprising a cylinder having a core rotatably disposed therein, a key slot extending through the core, a plurality of bores extending into the key slot, tumblers disposed in the bores and spring biased to a first position in which the tumblers prevent rotative movement of the core, a key adapted to enter the slot and operative to move the tumblers to a second position to permit rotative movement of the core, and contact points aligned with the tumblers and in circuit with an alarm means, the tumblers being movable to a third position in which the tumblers engage the contact points to energize the alarm means and prevent opening operation of the lock.

Abstract: A garage assembly for two-wheeled vehicles, the assembly comprising a rotatable circular frame, a plurality of housings connected to the frame, each housing including a floor portion having a back edge and a front edge, the length of the back edge being less than the length of the front edge, a back wall upstanding from the back edge, side walls upstanding from side edges of the floor portion, a front wall hingedly connected to the front edge, and a top portion shaped complementarily to the floor portion and hingedly connected to an upper edge of one of the side walls, the front wall and the top portion being movable between positions in which the housing is open and positions in which the housing is closed.

Abstract: An attachment for paint cans, the attachment comprising an annular collar adapted for snap-fit engagement with the rim of a paint can, the collar having an annular floor portion and a wall portion upstanding therefrom, a brush rest portion extending from the collar in a first direction and a spout portion extending from the collar in a second direction, and a cover member engageable with interior portions of the collar and operable to close the opening therein.

Abstract: Water closet basin assembly comprising a basin having an upper edge, a basin seat adapted to overlie the basin edge, a bracket fixed to the basin edge and having an elastomeric portion for disposition between the edge and the seat, and dispenser means proximate said basin and operative to dispense paper suitable for disposition overlying the seat, dispensing of the paper being responsive to change in pressure exerted on said seat and thereby said elastomeric portion.

Abstract: A housing contains a battery-operated alarm and a spring clip to hold a billfold to the housing. A plate is removably attached to the housing and functions to hold open a switch in the alarm's circuit. If a thief attempts to steal the billfold, the housing is separated from the plate, allowing the switch to close and sound the alarm. A control lever allows the owner to release the billfold when he wishes to remove it from the spring clip.

Abstract: A portable tennis court includes a net assembly consisting of two housings, wherein the net is contained on a reel assembly within one of the housing. The free end of the net assembly is affixed to a mounting rod contained in the other housing whereby the housings can be positioned thirty six feet away from each other. Each housing contains a pair of tape reels therein, wherein tapes are contained on each reel. The tapes are pulled outwardly from the housings to form the boundary lines of the tennis court. Elongated tapes are also provided to form the service lines, end lines, and service box divider line.

Abstract: A game for two or more players wherein each player is equipped with a water gun tethered to a small ship. Each water gun is provided with a hose to draw water from a pool in which the players are located and each ship is adapted to sink after its hull is filled with water. Each player attempts to sink the opponent's ship by squirting water into the opponent's ship which is deflected into the ship hull by sails on the ship while removing his own ship from the opponent's line of fire by pulling the tether.

Abstract: A knock-down mobile picnic table and bench assembly includes a pair of leg members each of which has oppositely extending medial bench member support shoulders, a pair of bench members mountable on the shoulders, a ridge member interlockable with the leg members, and a table top positionable on upper table top-support edges of the leg members. Tab elements are formed on the shoulders and table top-support edges of the leg members cooperable with apertures in the bench members and table top to releasably interlock the bench members and table top with the leg members. The ridge member is given a notch adjacent each of its opposed ends. The components may be juxtaposed in face-to-face relation such that apertures in the leg members are alignable with the notches in the ridge member and the apertures in the bench members are alignable with apertures in the table top so as to accept fastening means to secure all of the components in a unitary assembly.

Abstract: A dispensing shower head is disclosed comprising an enclosure adapted to be connected to a water supply, the enclosure having a container therein carrying a cartridge which may be rotated to present different bath preparations to a stream of water passing through a flow path in the enclosure and out of a shower head opening in one end of the enclosure.

Abstract: Apparatus is disclosed comprising a reusable filter insertable in an enclosure having openings therein for the passage of a cleaning fluid through the filter and out of the enclosure. The enclosure may comprise a cylinder into which the filter is inserted.The filter element in one embodiment comprises a resilient filter windable on itself for insertion in the enclosure which may comprise a cylindrical enclosure.

Abstract: A reflecting device for use with a vehicle having a front and/or rear windshield having a peripheral frame of magnetizable material. The device includes a support member which is configured to define a border around the windshield. The support member is mounted on one face to the frame by a plurality of magnets embedded in the member. Light reflecting material is disposed on the other face of the support member.

Abstract: An adjustable automotive vehicle thermostat is disclosed in which the adjusting member extends through the thermostat housing so that adjustments of the temperature response of the thermostat may be made without having to remove the thermostat from the vehicle. This allows for making adjustments for an engine to run warmer in colder climates and cooler in warmer climates without having to remove the thermostat from the vehicle.

Abstract: A multiple section curtain rod is disclosed in which a rod section is provided having a first and second tubular member fitting over opposite ends of the rod, the tubular members being resiliently biased away from one another in an outward direction to secure the curtain rod in an abutting relation with wall members to be spanned by the rod. A cover is provided over the rod comprising in one instance an accordian pleated tube extending from end to end of the curtain rod, the pleats of which hold curtain hooks.In another embodiment the curtain rod cover comprises a pair of telescoping tubes extending from end to end of the curtain rod, the outer tube of the telescoping pair having one end extending towards the center of the curtain rod terminating in an end that tapers towards the center of the rod member for slidingly moving curtain hook member over the rod cover.

Abstract: An electrical fish tape reel is disclosed comprising a stationary base having a spindle revolvably mounted thereon, a plate such as a disc being secured to the spindle and a handle being attached to the outer face of the plate. The base is arranged to lie on a flat surface such as a workbench, floor and the like so that the reel may be used unattended.

Abstract: A cuticle instrument is disclosed comprising a stick-like member having a hollow reservoir therein for containing a compound to be applied to cuticles. The reservoir is squeezable to discharge a cuticle cream from an end thereof. Both ends of the instrument terminate in edges adapted to engage cuticles so that cuticles may be pushed away from the nail and toward the base of the nail by either end of the instrument.

Abstract: An apparatus for forming a bar of soap from leftover pieces includes a hopper for holding pieces until enough are collected to form a new bar. Then a weight sensor causes the activation of a heater which melts the collected soap. The molten soap runs into a mold, thus producing a new bar.

Abstract: Apparatus for visually indicating elapsed time by a color change is disclosed comprising a first and second chromophoric compound that are combined with one another through a matrix which controls the rate of combination of the compounds so that a color body is produced by the reaction of the compounds over a period of time that may be adjustable from anywhere from about one to about thirty days. The device comprises a transparent container having a rupturable capsule therein in which the first composition is contained. A transparent matrix surrounding the second composition is also in the container. The device may be secured to a surface by means of a mechanical fastener or an adhesive layer.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a distribution system for a fluid vermin control composition comprising a pipe disposed in a building, the pipe having a plurality of openings therein and being connected to a reservoir and a pump which pumps a vermin control fluid through the pipe end and out of the openings therein. A timing device is also operatively connected to the distribution system for automatically and periodically delivering a fluid vermin control composition through the pipe system.
