Abstract: A retaining clip for trunking includes a fixing base attached locally to a longitudinal wall of a base section of the trunking, such as an internal partition thereof, and a retaining flap which is articulated to the fixing base and can move from a standby position, in which it allows unrestricted access to the underlying interior volume of the base section, to a service position, in which it closes that interior volume at least partly, extending substantially transversely relative to it. The retaining clip includes, independently of any member or component of the base section or of the trunking, a releasable locking system for locking the retaining flap in its service position. Applications include trunking for electrical devices.
Abstract: A control device for an appliance which can assume a level selected from a range of levels includes a keypad representative of the range of levels to enable a user to select a level, an “off” key for switching off the appliance, and a processor unit connected to the keypad and to the “off” key. If the appliance is off and the keypad is operated to select a target level, the processor unit causes the appliance to assume the selected target level. If the appliance is off and the “off” key is operated, the processor unit leaves the appliance off. If the appliance is on and the keypad is operated to select a target level, the processor unit causes the appliance to assume the selected target level if that level is different from its current level. If the appliance is on and the “off” key is operated, the processor unit switches off the appliance.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a trunking accessory for making up trunking comprising two or more juxtaposed lengths with different heights each including a base section with two parallel lateral flanges. The accessory includes two or more cheeks adapted to be attached to the lateral flanges, and each cheek includes members for mounting a length of cover section that extend along a line with two or more opposite curves to establish continuity between members for mounting a length of cover section situated at two different heights.
Abstract: An accessory to be attached to a base section of trunking for routing electrical cables is provided with a wall for concealing, inside the trunking, any longitudinal gap beyond an edge of at least one length of cover section. The wall has an effacable projecting finger on the front. Applications include the fitting of electrical devices.
Abstract: An accessory for attaching to a base section of trunking for routing electrical cables or conductors includes a joint inside the trunking for masking any longitudinal gap beyond an edge of a length of cover section. The joint includes an elastically deformable wall which deforms elastically between a first configuration in which at least a portion of the wall is at the same level as the cover section and a second configuration in which the wall is at a lower level than the cover section.
Abstract: A port accessory for trunking whose interior volume is divided into at least two compartments separated from each other by a partition wall and two cover sections associated with the respective compartments. In one compartment, of which the corresponding partition wall is a part, includes a longitudinal wall which is substituted for the partition wall and through which there is at least one port and a longitudinal engagement system for fastening it to the base section of the trunking. Applications include trunking for electrical devices.
Abstract: A branch connection accessory for establishing a connection between first trunking which is fixed to a vertical support and second trunking which rests on a horizontal support includes a closure plate for closing the first trunking provided at its base with a communication opening to establish communication between the respective interior spaces of the first trunking and the second trunking. The communication opening is delimited laterally by legs each having at least one removable portion so that the height of the communication opening can be adapted to the relative position of the first trunking and the second trunking. A connection accessory is attached to the closure plate to close the communication opening from the outside and includes a canopy adapted to cover locally a closure cover section of the second trunking.
Abstract: A branch connection box for trunking includes a base and a cover. The base includes a central housing delimited by partitions that can be cut and form an electrical connection box and, around the central housing, an open path for routing electrical conductors or cables.
Abstract: An accessory for trunking includes a body provided at one end at least with attachment arrangements by which it can be attached locally to a longitudinal wall of the base section of the trunking. The attachment arrangements include a lug which can be clipped into a housing in the wall and includes an actuator tongue connected to a free end of the lug. The actuator tongue is accessible from the outside of the base section of the trunking and can be pulled in its longitudinal orientation direction to disengage from the housing the free end of the lug.
Abstract: An end cap for closing an end of trunking includes a closure part for closing an interior space of the trunking and a fixing part for fixing it to a back of a base section of the trunking. The fixing part includes a chimney for inserting a nail. The chimney is substantially perpendicular to the back of the base section and has a height substantially equal to the depth of the base section.
Abstract: A current distribution device includes a socket outlet receptacle that is switched on and off by a switch. The device includes a socket outlet receptacle and a switch that is operated by an operating knob. The plug is locked into the receptacle by a mechanism that includes a cable extending between the switch and the receptacle.
Abstract: An end cap for closing one end of trunking, the end cap having a closure part for closing an interior space of the trunking and a fixing part for fixing it to a back of a base section of the trunking. The closure and fixing parts are connected together by a connecting part. The connecting part constitutes an elastic coupling which allows the closure part to move relative to the fixing part.
Abstract: An insulative housing including suspension members for attaching it to a support by means of which equipment can be attached to the base section of trunking and a shroud which surrounds the equipment attached to the support, at a distance therefrom. The shroud has a side wall. The suspension members have attachment members at two or more different levels and, over at least a part of the perimeter of the shroud, at least the top portion of the side wall of the shroud is removable. Applications include electrical equipment housings.
Abstract: A box includes a body adapted to be directly mounted on the wall and which has an opening, and a canopy which, extending from the body, corresponding to the opening thereof, is designed to cover locally the wireway, transversely thereto. The canopy is formed by at least two separate telescoping parts, spaced out longitudinally over the wireway.

Abstract: A support for equipment to be disposed along trunking projecting from a wall includes a body attached to the wall and forming a casing for the equipment which has an opening along its side intended to adjoin the trunking. A trunking cover portion extends from the body, in corresponding relationship to the opening, and covers the trunking locally. The trunking cover portion is formed of at least two separate parts staggered lengthwise across the width of the trunking, disposed end-to-end relative to each other and joining to each other at a junction surface substantially parallel to the opening of the body. Applications include trunking with a relatively small width or height.
Abstract: A protective device against excessive currents occurring in an electric circuit between a voltage source and a load mounted downstream of said device, comprising a first triggering component with high current sensitivity and adapted to be triggered, rapidly, but reversibly, in case of excessive current in the circuit, and a second triggering component, mounted in parallel with the first, capable of bearing a temporary voltage higher than the power supply voltage, when the first component is triggered, and of being triggered rapidly and reversibly thereafter. The triggering component are preferably conductive polymer components. Also, a triac switch comprising such a protective device mounted upstream of the triac and a third component is mounted on the triac trigger.
Abstract: A device for connecting at least two lengths of trunking includes a plate for joining backs of base sections of the trunking. The plate has on each of its edges adjacent cut edges of the trunking base sections longitudinal tongues which bear on two opposite faces of each back. The tongues are substantially plane, have a thickness from about 0.2 mm to about 1 mm, and bear elastically against the opposite faces of the back.
