    Abstract: A cooling system for a portable computer can include a frame having a heat-source connecting unit in its one side and having a fan housing unit in its other side. A dissipating unit on one side of the fan housing unit performs heat exchange and a dissipating fan forms an air stream that can pass through the dissipating unit. A plate-shaped cooling unit coupled to one side of the frame can deliver heat from the heat-source connecting unit to the dissipating unit. The cooling unit can include a micro cooling unit that performs heat exchange using a cooling cycle through phase change or a plate-heat pipe filled with liquid. According to embodiments of the present invention, a thickness of the cooling system can be reduced and cooling capability efficiency can be increased.

    Abstract: An extinguishing system for a fuel cell comprises: a stack unit for generating an electrical energy and a heat energy; a temperature sensing unit installed at the stack unit; an extinguishing unit operated according to a value sensed by the temperature sensing unit; and a control unit electrically connected to the temperature sensing unit and the extinguishing unit. Even if the system is overheated, or a fire takes place, this is sensed and the water filled in the water storage tank is automatically, thereby preventing overheating of the fuel cell. Even in case of fire, the fire is rapidly extinguished at an early stage, thereby ensuring the stability of the system and preventing the risk of a fire in a building caused by the fuel cell.

According to this construction, it is possible to easily detect abnormal vibration in a plurality of directions without increasing the number of installing abnormal vibration sensing apparatuses.

A method for fabricating the tape substrate is also disclosed. In accordance with the invention, it is possible to reduce the time taken for the copper foil pattern to come into contact with the electroless tin plating solution used in the tin plating process, thereby preventing the copper component of the copper foil pattern from being eluted. Accordingly, there is no open-circuit fault caused by formation of pores.

Each stopper 30 for regulating the rotation of each height adjustment gear is engaged to the height adjustment gear 22 by means of a spring 32, and thus, it causes the height adjustment gear 22 not to rotate. When the height of shelf is adjusted, the height adjustment gears 22 are made freely rotate by releasing the stoppers 30 from the height adjustment gears 22, and thus, the height of the shelf may be adjusted without taking out the shelf from the refrigerator.
