  • Patent number: 11888380
Abstract: The present invention relates to a linear actuator comprising a console, an outer tube connected to the console, an electric motor, a transmission, and a spindle in connection with the transmission. The linear actuator comprises a spindle nut on the spindle and an inner tube connected to the spindle nut. The spindle nut and the inner tube are guided inside the outer tube. The linear actuator comprises a control box which is connected to the console by means of a snap connection. The linear actuator further comprises an end stop arrangement having an end switch for each direction of movement of the spindle nut. An object underlying the invention is to provide a simpler connection of the control box to the linear actuator. A further object is to provide a less complex construction of the end stop arrangement of a linear actuator. To this end, the control box is connected to the console by means of a snap connection.

  • Patent number: 11839301
Abstract: A frame for sit-stand-tables comprising a longitudinal member, two height-adjustable legs with at least two telescopic profiles, namely an outer and an inner profile, and with a driving mechanism, driven by a motor unit, comprising an electric motor and a gear. According to the invention the motor unit is arranged in the longitudinal member and connected to the driving mechanism in the height-adjustable legs. Thus, a frame with a simplified construction is achieved. The construction of the legs can be simplified and at the same time the dimensions can be reduced, as it is not necessary to take the building-in of a motor into the legs into consideration. As both legs are driven by a joint motor unit, the electric control can also be simplified as it will not have to drive the two legs synchronously.

  • Patent number: 11712110
Abstract: Electrical operating unit comprising a first and a second part, where the two parts can be mutually adjusted. The Operating unit (1) comprises a first part constructed as a housing (2), which contains the electric equipment with at least one electric switch and a second part constructed as a mounting unit (3) for the first part. The two parts are interconnected about a shaft (17), or pivot, so they can rotate mutually. When the operating unit is mounted the housing (2) will assume a first position, an initial position. By pressing the housing (2) it rotates about the shaft (17) and is brought into a second position, an activation position, where the switch(es) is/are activated in that they are pressed against the second part (3). With this embodiment of the operating unit the piece of furniture can be adjusted in either direction by pressing the housing (2). The housing (2), besides from functioning as a switch, can also be equipped with other switches and displays.

  • Patent number: 11415206
Abstract: Linear actuator comprising an electric motor (2) which through a transmission (3) drives a spindle unit, where the spindle unit comprises at least one spindle (4) with a spindle nut (5), where the spindle (4) is equipped with a bearing (8). In connection with the spindle unit there is an adjustment element (6), typically tubular. In order to retain the adjustment element (6) in a given position when the power supply for the electric motor (2) is interrupted, a brake (11) comprising a spring (15) and a cylindrical element (12) is provided. The cylindrical element (12) has a threaded pin (12a) on which a nut (13) is arranged, and where the spring (15) is positioned around the cylindrical element (12) between one side of the nut (12) and a stop (14) on the cylindrical element (12) such that the spring (15) presses the nut (13) with its other side against a contact surface (16). The brake power is thus generated by the nut rubbing against the contact surface with its one side.

  • Patent number: 11412843
Abstract: Slider element for lifting columns, preferably for height-adjustable tables, said lifting columns comprise at least two profiles 10,11 arranged telescopically relative to each other, where the slider element 1 has a first slider 2 and a second slider 3 between which there is a designated breaking line 4. The slider element is mounted with the second slider 3 on the outer side of the inner profile 10, and is subsequently guided into the hollow of the outer profile 11, by which the first slider 2 affixes itself to the inner side of the outer profile and when the two profiles are retracted further, the designated breaking line 4 between the first and the second slider 2,3 will break, by which they appear as two separate sliders mounted on a profile each. Thus, a simplified mounting of the sliders is achieved. In addition, it can be constructed such that the sliders are completely concealed within the lifting column.

  • Patent number: 11381180
Abstract: A linear actuator (1) comprises a spindle nut arranged to be moved between two end positions on a spindle driven by a DC motor (2). An end stop switch (31) is arranged to be activated when the spindle nut is in an end position. In its activated state, the end stop switch disconnects the motor current and connects a first diode (33) across the DC motor for short circuiting the motor when the current is interrupted. A second diode (32) is connected over the end stop switch for enabling the DC motor to drive the spindle nut out of said end position. An additional component (43) in series with the first diode reduces noise problems caused by motor current circulating through this diode during pulse pauses while the spindle nut is driven out of an end position by a pulse width modulated voltage via a cable from a control box.
