Abstract: Provide is a moisture control construction material which has improved moisture control performance and strength and which is easily produced, and a method for producing the same. The moisture control construction material is produced by forming a raw material that contains aluminum hydroxide and bentonite and/or montmorillonite, and firing the formed: raw material at 700° C. to 1100° C. The raw material contains 30% to 97% by weight aluminum hydroxide and 3% to 70% by weight bentonite and/or montmorillonite, or contains 30% to 90% by weight aluminum hydroxide, 1% to 30% by weight bentonite and/or montmorillonite, and 5% to 69% by weight clay.
Abstract: Provide is a moisture control constructional material which has improved moisture control performance and strength and which is easily produced, and a method for producing the same. The moisture control construction material is produced by forming a raw material that contains aluminum hydroxide and talc, and firing the formed raw material at 700° C. to 1100° C. The raw material contains 20% to 95% by weight aluminum hydroxide and 5% to 80% by weight of the talc-like material. The raw material may further contain at least one of clay and bentonite and/or montmorillonite.
Abstract: A flush tank device (10) includes a tank body (20) storing flush water to flush a toilet body (1), a water supply device (30) supplying flush water into the tank body, and an air suction device (40) sucking air in a toilet drain duct (3).

Abstract: Provided is a urinal drain trap which is capable of preventing diffusion of odor for a long period of time. The urinal drain trap (10) is equipped with a lid (11) having an inlet (11A); a body (12) having an outlet (12C); and a tubular partition wall (13). The interior of the body (12) is divided into a first region (31) and a second region (32). The first region (31) and the second region (32) are linked with each other by a third region (33). Sealing liquid is injected into the first region (31), this sealing liquid being non-water-soluble, having a lower specific gravity than urine, and forming a sealing layer (S) at an elevation above retained urine. In a peripheral area of the lower end of the partition wall (13), there is formed a connecting portion (14) which extends laterally. In a peripheral area of the tip of the connecting portion (14), there is formed a folded portion (15) which extends upward.
Abstract: The invention is intended to easily enhance both the stain-resistant property against water scale and the stain-resistant property against oily components, in sanitary ceramic wares and the like which are brought into contact with water containing soluble silica as well as oily components. The stain-resistant coating material of the invention contains a main agent formed from a perfluoropolyether, and a solvent including an alkane and an alcohol, while the alkane has mean molecular weight of 138 to 180 g/mol.
Abstract: A lavatory pan washing apparatus includes a water supply unit supplying washing water into a rim so that a whirling flow is formed in a lavatory bowl, an air inlet pipe connected to a water discharge channel continuing to the downstream side of a water sealing portion of a pan, an air sucking unit sucking air through the pipe from the channel, and a control unit configured to activate the water supply unit at a time of washing of the pan so that the washing water is supplied into the water sealing portion. The control unit is configured to start activation of the air sucking unit after rise of a water level in the lavatory bowl, so that air is sucked through the pipe from the channel. The control unit is configured to deactivate the water supply unit after air has flowed through the air inlet pipe into the channel.

Abstract: In a drain socket for a toilet stool includes a vertical pipe including an upper end connected with the discharge port of the toilet stool, an adjustable pipe extending substantially horizontally from the lower end of the vertical pipe and a connecting pipe between the adjustable pipe and a drain of a toilet. The vertical pipe has a bend causing the vertical pipe to have at its lower end an axis displaced longitudinally and rearward of the toilet stool from an axis at the upper end to define an eccentrically curved flow path. The flow path includes a part located near the bend and formed by increasing a transverse dimension of a longitudinal front end thereof with respect to the toilet stool so that the part has such a noncircular cross section in which a front portion of the section has a larger area than a rear portion of the cross section.
