Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, receiving a request to permit equipment of a subscriber of a mobile service provider that provides a subscribed service via a licensed frequency spectrum to access the subscribed service via a wireless access terminal according to an unlicensed frequency spectrum. A radio adapted to provide access to the subscribed service via the licensed frequency spectrum is identified, wherein the wireless access terminal resides within a coverage area of the identified radio. A current utilization of the identified radio is determined and a response to the request is generated according to the current utilization of the identified radio, wherein access to the subscribed service via the wireless access terminal is conditional according to the response to the request, resulting in conditional access. Other embodiments are disclosed.

Abstract: Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing management of routing across multiple voice or data networks with separate routing masters. In various embodiments, in response to receiving a request to establish a call between a calling party in a first network and a called party in a second network, a computing system might receive a first set of network information from a first routing database(s) that is operated by a first service provider and a second set of network information from a second routing database(s) that is operated by a second service provider separate from the first service provider; might analyze the received first and second sets of network information to generate a unified routing model for optimizing routing of the call through the first and second networks; and might establish the call through a selected optimized route based on the generated unified routing model.

Abstract: A method for writing with a DIRE (data integration and routing engine) controller may comprise receiving, by an application protocol interface (API) server, data from an end-user, and splitting, by the API server, the data in multiple ways based on directives contained in a data privacy and handling policy of a user, wherein the splitting includes using a hashing algorithm to create a key representing a document of the data. The data may be processed through the DIRE controller. For example, the DIRE controller may tag the key with geolocation information for future retrieval; the DIRE controller may route the data to a server in a geolocation based on the geolocation information; and the DIRE controller may maintain a key-value pair database that maps the key to the geolocation of the document for later retrieval. The disclosure also includes a system or method for reading with a DIRE controller.

  • Publication number: 20210111897
Abstract: Examples of the present disclosure describe systems and methods relating to the offline protection of secrets. A secret may be encrypted using a public key provided by the client. The client may have obtained the public key from a cryptographic hardware device, wherein the private key of the cryptographic key pair may be bound to the cryptographic hardware device. The encrypted secret may be transmitted by a service to the client using a secured or an unsecured transmission method. In some examples, the service may transmit a subsequent encrypted secret, which may invalidate a previously encrypted secret. In order to authenticate with the service, the client may select an encrypted secret for decryption. The client may access the private key stored by the cryptographic device and decrypt the encrypted secret with the private key. The client may then use the decrypted secret to authenticate with the service.

  • Publication number: 20210112019
Abstract: Embodiments of an interconnect apparatus advantageously useful in handling Big Data Graph Analytics enable improved signal integrity, even at high clock rates, increased bandwidth, and lower latency. In an interconnect apparatus for core arrays a sending processing core can send data to a receiving core by forming a packet whose header indicates the location of the receiving core and whose pay load is the data to be sent. The packet is sent to a Data Vortex switch described herein and in the patents incorporated herein. The Data Vortex switch is on the same chip as an array of processing cores and routes the packet to the receiving core first by routing the packet to the processing core array containing the receiving processing core. The Data Vortex switch then routes the packet to the receiving processor core in a processor core array.

Abstract: A wireless device receives radio resource control message(s) indicating: first uplink resources, of an uplink data channel, for a periodic resource allocation; a first offset parameter for uplink control information (UCI) transmission via the periodic resource allocation; and a plurality of second offset parameters for UCI transmission via a dynamic grant. A first UCI is transmitted via a number of the first uplink resources. The number of the first uplink resources is determined based on the first offset parameter. A downlink control information is received. The downlink control information comprises: an uplink grant indicating second uplink resources of the uplink data channel; and an offset indicator value indicating one of the plurality of second offset parameters. A second UCI is transmitted via a number of the second uplink resources. The number of the second uplink resources is determined based on the offset indicator value.

Abstract: The technology relates to identifying and addressing aberrant driver behavior. Various driving operations may be evaluated over different time scales and driving distances. The system can detect driving errors and suboptimal maneuvering, which are evaluated by an onboard driver assistance system and compared against a model of expected driver behavior. The result of this comparison can be used to alert the driver or take immediate corrective driving action. It may also be used for real-time or offline training or sensor calibration purposes. The behavior model may be driver-specific, or may be a nominal driver model based on aggregated information from many drivers. These approaches can be employed with drivers of passenger vehicles, busses, cargo trucks and other vehicles.
