  • Patent number: 12157555
Abstract: Embodiments provide a propeller ground stop mechanism configured to keep an unpowered propeller of an aircraft (e.g. when the aircraft is on the ground and not operating) static. The propeller is prevented from rotating due to external forces (e.g. an air flow caused by wind, manual rotation of the propeller). When the propeller is powered, and the propeller is providing thrust, the propeller ground stop mechanism automatically disengages and does not provide any drag. Among various benefits, the propeller ground stop mechanism provides added safety to the ground support personnel.

  • Patent number: 12159454
Abstract: This document discloses system, method, and computer program product embodiments for mitigating the addition of false object information to a track that provides a spatial description of an object, such as a track of radar data or lidar data. The system will analyze two or more frames captured in a relatively small time period and determine whether one or more parameters of an object detected in the frames remain consistent in a specified model. Models that the system may consider include a constant velocity model, a surface model, a constant speed rate model or a constant course rate model. If one or more parameters of the detected object are not consistent over the sequential frames in the specified model, the system may prune the track to exclude one or more of the sequential frames from the track.

  • Patent number: 12160467
Abstract: A computer-implemented method, medium, and system for multi-network/domain service discovery in a container orchestration platform are disclosed. In one computer-implemented method, a pool of servers with a plurality of network interface controllers (NICs) is created in a load balancer and by an operator in a worker node of a container orchestration platform, where each of the plurality of NICs is defined by a corresponding network attachment definition (NAD) object of a plurality of NAD objects. A virtual service object is generated using an annotation corresponding to the plurality of NAD objects. The virtual service object is associated to the pool of servers with the plurality of NICs. An internet protocol (IP) address of the virtual service object is transmitted to the container orchestration platform to update a status of a service object in the container orchestration platform using the IP address.

  • Patent number: 12160521
Abstract: Systems, devices, and methods are provided for trunk and branch blockchain ledger architecture for validation of real-world claims. Claims may relate to objective claims, such as an individual's work history or whether an organization has insurance coverage. Trunks and branches may be used to implement a network of cross-ledger claims and endorsements. A first entity (e.g., endorser) may make a claim on a first branch blockchain ledger that is controlled by the first entity. A second entity (e.g., endorser) may review the claim, determine whether it is true, and then produce an endorsement on a second blockchain ledger that is controlled by the second entity. The endorsement may be an encoded version of the claim that cannot be used to reverse-engineer the claim. An endorsement pointer may be recorded to the first branch blockchain ledger that references the endorsement recorded by the second entity to the second blockchain ledger.

  • Patent number: 12157493
Abstract: A vehicle trajectory planning system includes a perception system of a host vehicle collecting information from multiple sources and communicating with a computer. A fusion module fuses scene information from a map and perception items identified by the perception system. A behavior planning module receives an output of the fusion module and produces a host vehicle baseline trajectory. A trajectory and motion planning module receives an output of the fusion module in parallel with the behavior planning module. The trajectory and motion planning module determines a reference trajectory and operation corridor for a host vehicle. A disturbance and reachability refiner module receives an output of the trajectory and motion planning module including the reference trajectory and operation corridor. An algorithm is applied to adjust and re-plan the host vehicle baseline trajectory to be robust to a range of inclement weather conditions.

  • Patent number: 12158509
Abstract: A Hall effect sensor system includes a Hall effect sensor and a drive-sense circuit (DSC). The Hall effect sensor includes an input port to receive a DC (direct current) current signal and generates a Hall voltage based on exposure to a magnetic field. The DSC generates the DC current signal based on a reference signal and drives it via a single line that operably couples the DSC to the Hall effect sensor and simultaneously to sense the DC current signal via the single line. The DSC detects an effect on the DC current signal corresponding to the Hall voltage that is generated across the Hall effect sensor based on exposure of the Hall effect sensor to the magnetic field and generates a digital signal representative of the Hall voltage.

  • Patent number: 12160338
Abstract: Embodiments perform a control task for a real-world communications network. First, a data structure is loaded in memory. The data structure includes node(s) corresponding to step(s) of a workflow. Next, the workflow is executed, to perform the task, by traversing a subset of the node(s). Traversing includes, at each node of the subset, determining a node type of the node. Based on the node type, a graphical representation of the node is rendered on a display. Responsive to the rendering, a data input is received. Further, responsive to determining the node type is not a final node type: (i) a next node of the subset is determined based on the input and response value(s) (associated with the node type) of the node and (ii) a move to the next node occurs. Responsive to determining the node type is the final node type, performance of the task is completed.

  • Patent number: 12159287
Abstract: In some implementations, a system may identify a mitigation record in a record log associated with an account of an application. The system may append a message prompt to the mitigation record that causes the application to request, during a user session associated with the account, an indication of whether there is an association between the mitigation record and an event record. The system may receive, from a user device associated with the user session, feedback associated with the message prompt that indicates whether the mitigation record is associated with the event record. The system may perform, based on the feedback, an action associated with indicating whether the mitigation record and the event record are associated.

  • Patent number: 12159210
Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and computer-readable media for determining and utilizing corrections to robot actions. Some implementations are directed to updating a local features model of a robot in response to determining a human correction of an action performed by the robot. The local features model is used to determine, based on an embedding generated over a corresponding neural network model, one or more features that are most similar to the generated embedding. Updating the local features model in response to a human correction can include updating a feature embedding, of the local features model, that corresponds to the human correction. Adjustment(s) to the features model can immediately improve robot performance without necessitating retraining of the corresponding neural network model.
