Publication number: 20200323619Abstract: A stent graft for deployment in a curved lumen such as the aortic or thoracic arch comprises a constraining mechanism at its proximal end. A stent provided at the proximal end of the stent graft includes loops of material that co-operate with restraining wires that extend between a central guide wire carrier and a restraining wire cannula. The constraining mechanism acts to maintain the proximal stent constrained at both the proximal and distal ends of the proximal stent. The proximal stent is thus allowed to expand after expansion of the remainder of the stent graft during deployment. In an embodiment, the constraining mechanism acts to constrain two adjacent struts of the proximal stent at three points radially therearound, at the proximal end of the stent and at the distal end of the stent. The proximal stent may then overlap with the interior of an adjacent stent at an inner part of a curved vessel.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 8, 2020Publication date: October 15, 2020Applicant: Cook Medical Technologies LLCInventors: Tilo Kölbel, Erik E. Publication number: 20200323215Abstract: The invention describes synergies derived from combinations of bicarbonates, sorbic acids, and carrageenans as formulating agents in pesticides. Bicarbonates are widely used as pesticides in agriculture, though often ineffective unless used in combination with horticultural oils. Horticultural oils are incompatible with sulfur, another common pesticide, which often limits the use of horticultural oils and thus effective applications of bicarbonates. The present invention finds synergies with combinations of carrageenans, sorbic acids, and bicarbonates without an incompatibility with sulfur.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 9, 2019Publication date: October 15, 2020Applicant: Circadian Crop Sciences LLCInventor: Ronald Edwin Lane

Publication number: 20200327739Abstract: Interaction-based ecosystems are presented. Interaction analysis engine analyze media content to derive a set of media features. The engine can then identify one or more interaction objects (e.g., transactions, searches, game play, etc.) based on the set of media features. Relevant interaction objects can then be instantiated as persistent available or active points of interaction readily accessed by a consumer. The consumer need only capture a digital representation of the content via a user device, a smart phone for example. A second set of media features can be derived from the digital representation and the second set of media features can then be used to find the instantiated interactions.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 26, 2020Publication date: October 15, 2020Applicant: Nant Holdings IP, LLCInventor: Patrick Soon-Shiong

Publication number: 20200327395Abstract: A differential recurrent neural network (RNN) is described that handles dependencies that go arbitrarily far in time by allowing the network system to store states using recurrent loops without adversely affecting training. The differential RNN includes a state component for storing states, and a trainable transition and differential non-linearity component which includes a neural network. The trainable transition and differential non-linearity component takes as input, an output of the previous stored states from the state component along with an input vector, and produces positive and negative contribution vectors which are employed to produce a state contribution vector. The state contribution vector is input into the state component to create a set of current states. In one implementation, the current states are simply output.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 28, 2020Publication date: October 15, 2020Applicant: Microsoft Technology Licensing, LLCInventor: Patrice Simard
