Abstract: Provided herein are methods and composition for immune repertoire sequencing and single cell barcoding. In some aspects, such methods may comprise steps of: (a) forming a plurality of first vessels each comprising: (i) a single cell, and (ii) a single solid support; (b) copying onto the single solid support: (i) a first copy of a first cell polynucleotide from the single cell, and (ii) a second copy of a second cell polynucleotide from the single cell; (c) forming a plurality of second vessels each comprising (i) a single solid support from the plurality of first vessels, and (ii) a barcoded polynucleotide; and (d) amplifying (i) the first copy and the second copy with a first primer set, and (ii) the barcode with a second primer set, wherein a primer of the first primer set is complementary to a primer of the second set; and (e) forming first and second single cell barcoded sequences.

Abstract: In the present invention, an inter-prediction mode based image processing method and an apparatus therefor are disclosed. Abstract: A method and a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) are disclosed. The WTRU comprises a transceiver and a processor. The WTRU receives a system information block (SIB) from a base station, wherein the SIB indicates random access transmission uplink resources. After receiving the SIB, the WTRU transmits a random access preamble to the base station. After transmitting the random access preamble, the WTRU transmits, using one or more of the uplink resources indicated by the SIB, a first message to the base station, wherein the first message includes a first radio network temporary identifier (RNTI) of the WTRU. After transmitting the first message, the WTRU receives a second message from the base station, wherein the second message is derived from a second RNTI, the second RNTI being different than the first RNTI. After receiving the second message, the WTRU transmits to the base station.

Abstract: A method performed by an enterprise search system to conduct an automated, computerized search for select operational attributes of a plurality of network devices is shown. The method comprises initiating the search via a user interface based on receipt of input information, which is used to form a query. The method then determines based on the query, one or more audits each specifying one or more tasks to be performed by at least a first network device to search for the select operational attributes. Subsequently, the method makes the one or more audits available to the first network device via a network, and receives, from the first network device, one or more responses to the query. The method may include generating one or more filter conditions to apply to results of executing the one or more tasks to yield the select operational attributes when included in the results.

Abstract: Cache-based tracing based on categorizing memory regions as being logged or not logged. A computer system identifies a first memory region within a first memory space of a first context, and determines that the first context is in a logging state. The computer system configures a data structure to categorize the first memory region as being logged. The data structure also categorizes a second memory region corresponding to a second context as being not logged. The computer system exposes the data structure to a processor. Upon detecting a memory access by a processing unit, the processor uses determinations of one or more of (i) whether a target memory address is categorized as being logged or not logged, (ii) whether an executing context is logging or not non-logging, or (iii) a type of the memory access to initiate a logging action or refrain from the logging action.
Abstract: A power converter includes a pair of series connected switches and circuitry. The circuitry includes another switch and an optocoupler that activates responsive to changes in current through one of the series connected switches exceeding a predefined threshold. Activation of the optocoupler causes the another switch to conduct and reduce a gate voltage of the one of the series connected switches to reduce the changes in current through the one of the series connected switches.

Abstract: A vehicle lift system includes a vehicle lift operable to lift a vehicle to be serviced by a technician. The vehicle lift includes lifting components for engaging and lifting the vehicle at liftable structures of the vehicle. Electrodes are positioned on the lifting components of the vehicle lift. The electrodes are operable to make electrical contact with the liftable structures of the vehicle when the lifting components engage the liftable structures. A voltage detector system is in electrical communication with the electrodes. The voltage detector system is operable to detect voltages at the electrodes capable of harming the technician. The voltage detector system is also operable to send a warning signal to the technician indicating that a harmful voltage has been detected on the electrodes when the electrodes make electrical contact with the liftable structures of the vehicle.
Abstract: A method for adjusting state of charge (SOC) limits aboard a motor vehicle having a propulsion battery pack includes receiving a pre-drive information set via a host computer and identifying, from the pre-drive information set, a probability that the motor vehicle is about to embark on a road trip. The road trip is a drive event in which the motor vehicle will travel outside of a predetermined area. The method further includes expanding the SOC limits of the propulsion battery pack when the motor vehicle is about to embark on the road trip, such that a total SOC window of the propulsion battery pack is increased for a duration of the road trip.

Abstract: A system for detecting a leak in a cladding tube in a nuclear reactor that has a plurality of cladding tubes housed in a plurality of horizontally arranged channels. A plurality of tubes are positioned adjacent to the channels. A plurality of solid state radiation detectors are in each of the tubes. The detectors are spaced from each other along the length of each tube. The detectors can detect the presence of radiation from a selected fission product within a channel. A processor calculates a leak location by receiving signals above a base line level from the detectors, determining differences in signal strength from the detectors over a period of time, and identifying location of the detector emitting the strongest signal.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a leaching process and resulting composition which prevents or substantially reduces agglomeration of polyamide 6/66 copolymers. Abstract: Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing name-based routing through networks. In various embodiments, a broker manager in each of a plurality of networks may receive a subscription request for a network device from a client device, each device being locally accessible or disposed in an upstream or downstream network. The broker manager uses its client broker to communicate with a locally accessible client device, and uses its mediator broker (and, sometimes, an intermediate device(s)) to communicate with a locally accessible network device. The broker manager otherwise uses its messaging brokers to communicate with control channels of one or more networks. Once subscription with the network device has been established, any commands and responses between the client device and the network device may be routed over pub/sub channels via the broker managers and their brokers using name-based routing, without routing based on IP address of the network device.

Abstract: Mutant Myxoma viruses are provided herein and methods of using these viruses to treat cancer or elicit an interferon response in a subject are also provided. The mutant Myxoma virus is modified to reduce or eliminate the activity or expression of Myxoma virus protein M62 as compared to a control virus. The mutant virus is capable of stimulating an interferon response in subjects after administration and can also lead to inhibition, reduction or elimination of the CD14+ tumor associated macrophage inhibition of CD4+ T cells in a subject having cancer and lead to a change in the tumor microenvironment to treat the cancer or work in combination with other cancer therapeutics to treat the cancer as described herein.
