Abstract: This document relates to training and employing a quality estimation model. One example includes a method or technique that can be performed on a computing device. The method or technique can include providing degraded audio signals to one or more packet loss concealment models, and obtaining enhanced audio signals output by the one or more packet loss concealment models. The method or technique can also include obtaining quality labels for the enhanced audio signals and training a quality estimation model to estimate audio signal quality based at least on the enhanced audio signals and the quality labels.

Abstract: A toroidally confined plasma vessel defines a magnetically confined (MC) plasma region that is substantially symmetric by rotation around a central axis and where particles traveling along magnetic fields substantially never strike a wall. A plurality of magnetic field coils provides at least one X-point and guides plasma particles from the magnetically confined plasma region to the divertor target. A total magnetic field strength (comprising all components of the magnetic field) at the divertor target differs substantially from a total magnetic field strength (comprising all components of the magnetic field) at a position of the X-point on a last closed flux surface nearest to it; and a current drive means is operative in the MC plasma, including in the region near the Last Closed Flux Surface.

Abstract: A refrigeration system configured to receive a refrigerant is provided, as well as a walk-in refrigeration unit configured to utilize said system. The refrigeration system comprises: a power source, a condenser unit, an evaporation unit, a plurality of compressors, wherein each of the plurality of compressors is communicably coupled to the condenser unit, and a plurality of expansion devices, wherein each of the plurality of expansion devices is communicably coupled to the evaporation unit. The system is configured to receive an A3 refrigerant having a Global Warming Potential (GWP) value less than 10.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a method, device and system to efficiently liquefy and isolate a gas from a gaseous mixture. In an embodiment of the present invention, separation of gasses from the atmosphere can be carried out using a cooled surface to separate the gasses from the atmosphere. In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, removal of CO2 from the atmosphere can be carried out by using the method, device and system to efficiently cryogenically separate CO2 from air and capture the CO2 from a gaseous mixture using a surface and release the ‘CO2 lean air’ into the atmosphere and store the captured liquefied CO2.

Abstract: A system for organizing and searching a video database includes a logic circuit configured to extract, from a video, at least a video feature, generate at least a first hash value as a function of the at least a video feature, wherein generating the at least a first hash value further comprises performing a robust hash algorithm on the at least a feature, and store the video in a data structure, wherein storing the video further includes storing a representation of the video in a leaf node of the data structure and storing the at least a first hash value in a traversal index linking hash values to leaf nodes.

Abstract: System, apparatus, device, method and/or computer program product are disclosed for detecting the authenticity of an image file transferred from a device to a server based on an image authenticity detection configuration determined by a server application. A device application is operated by a device, and a server application is operated by a server. The device application sends, to the server application, user data, device data, or environment data. The server application determines an image authenticity detection configuration to indicate one or more parameters to be used by the device to generate a first image file, and authorized changes to be made to the first image file to generate a second image file. The device application sends the second image file to the server application. The server application detects whether the received second image file contains changes matching authorized changes indicated by the image authenticity detection configuration.

Abstract: A server system that includes a host device initiates an encrypted decision tree model executing on an accelerator coupled with the host device. The encrypted decision tree model encrypted uses an agreed upon encryption schema between the host device and a user device accessing the encrypted decision tree model. The host device receives an input, from the user device, to be evaluated using the encrypted decision tree model. The input is encrypted using the agreed upon encryption schema. The host device using the encrypted decision tree model evaluates the input from the user device without decrypting the input. The accelerator using the encrypted decision tree model generates an encrypted output based on the evaluating. The accelerator device provides the encrypted output to the user device.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for scannable non-fungible token generation, the apparatus including at least a processor and a memory communicatively connected to the processor. The memory containing instructions configuring the processor to receive a creative work datum, determine a creative work class as a function of the creative work datum, generate a creative work token as a function of the creative work datum, and store the creative work token in an immutable sequential listing, where storing the creative work token includes generating a smart contract associated with the creative work datum, the smart contract also including the creative work class. The processor further configured to generate a machine-readable code as a function of the creative work token and the creative work class and transmit the machine-readable code to an output device.

Abstract: A system and method of vibration and audible noise reduction in a LiDAR resonator includes a spring fork mechanism including multiple spring forks. Each spring fork includes two tines. The first tine of a first and second spring fork include a mounted optical module to transmit a light pulse and receive a reflection of the light pulse. The second tine of the first and second spring forks include a mounted counterweight having a mass and center of gravity equal to a mass and center of gravity of the mounted optical module. To reduce or eliminate longitudinal vibrations each tine includes a first section and a second section, the first section attached to the second section by a U-shaped section.

Abstract: By way of example, a method includes, responsive to a user request to download, from the internet, a downloadable file with executable content, downloading a portion of the downloadable file, wherein the downloadable file is not executable with the portion; after download the portion of the downloadable file, scanning the portion of the downloadable file for malware characteristics to classify the downloadable file; and completing downloading the downloadable file only after determining, based on the scanning of the portion of the downloadable file, that the downloadable file is not malware.

Abstract: A method for detecting network anomalies includes receiving a control message from a cellular network and extracting one or more features from the control message. The method also includes predicting a potential label for the control message using a predictive model configured to receive the one or more extracted features from the control message as feature inputs. Here, the predictive model is trained on a set of training control messages where each training control message includes one or more corresponding features and an actual label. The method further includes determining that a probability of the potential label satisfies a confidence threshold. The method also includes analyzing the control message to determine whether the control message corresponds to a respective network performance issue. When the control message impacts network performance, the method includes communicating the network performance issue to a network entity responsible for the network performance issue.

Abstract: In one general aspect, an apparatus can include a semiconductor die, a molding material disposed around at least a portion of the semiconductor die, and a pair of leads electrically coupled to the semiconductor die and aligned along a first direction from the molding material. The molding material can define an elongated protrusion aligned along a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, and a notch disposed between the pair of leads.

Abstract: In some embodiments, a system transmits a shared presentation to user devices associated with users. Then, in response to an inquiry from a first user associated with a first viewing device, the system identifies that an answer to this inquiry was covered in a previous portion of the presentation, and generates auxiliary data (e.g., an auxiliary video stream of the shared presentation) corresponding to the previous portion of the presentation. The system then causes the first viewing device to display the auxiliary data corresponding to the previous portion of the presentation, which includes an answer to the first user's inquiry, in lieu of the shared presentation. In an example, the auxiliary data may be played back at a speed that is faster than the default speed of the shared presentation.

Abstract: Various arrangements are presented that provide improvements of short-range wireless communications, such as Bluetooth LE Audio communication. An audio source device may determine that unidirectional audio is to be output. In response to determining that unidirectional audio is to be output, a first physical layer (PHY) configuration can be set for a first communication link in the downlink direction from the audio source device to the audio output device. A second PHY configuration can be set for the communication link in the uplink direction from the audio output device to the audio source device. The first PHY configuration has a greater symbol rate than the second PHY configuration.

Abstract: A seed planter for creating and planting together the combination of both seed and contents of a seed growing environment. The seed planter includes, for example, a wheeled frame configured with at least one soil opener and at least one soil closer for planting a field. A seed growing environment aggregator assembly has at least one input opening for receiving a plantable portion of a seed growth medium and seed from the seed hopper and at least one discharge opening for discharging an aggregation of the plantable portion of the seed growth medium and seed to the at least one soil opener for planting a desired growing environment in the field.

Abstract: At least some aspects of this disclosure include one or more auxinic herbicides with relatively low volatility. Some of these compounds may be especially useful when used in the process of growing commercially important plants. Abstract: Methods for creating a live copy of a data object from a production system for use by third party applications include receiving at least one request for a copy of production data from an application; creating a live backup copy; creating a flash copy of the live backup copy, and a flash copy bitmap; creating a modified version of the live backup copy by changing a subset of data in the live backup copy; recording the changed subset of data using the flash copy bitmap; mounting, the modified version of the live backup copy to the application; and transforming the modified version of the live backup copy back to the live backup copy when unmounting the modified version of the live backup copy of the production data from the application by applying changes associated with the flash copy bitmap to the live backup copy.
