Abstract: Apparatus and methods for variable-control fragrance dispensing. The disclosed device brings customization to the fragrance industry. Interchanging sub-containers and selecting the amounts of each sub-container allows a user to customize their scents. A mixing chamber contained to receive and mix a variable amount of each liquid from a plurality of sub-containers is described. The mixed liquid is sprayable out a spray head of the device. Selector knobs may be used to control valves which control the variable amount of each liquid dispensed.

Abstract: The present invention provides a blended fuel and methods for producing the blended fuel, wherein a low carbon fuel derived from a renewable resource such as biomass, is blended with a traditional, petroleum derived fuel. A blended fuel which includes greater than 10% by volume of low carbon fuel has an overall improved lifecycle greenhouse gas content of about 5% or more compared to the petroleum derived fuel. Also, blending of the low carbon fuel to the traditional, petroleum fuel improves various engine performance characteristics of the traditional fuel.
Abstract: Techniques for optimizing a scan pattern of a LIDAR system including a bistatic transceiver include receiving first SNR values based on values of a range of the target, where the first SNR values are for a respective scan rate. Techniques further include receiving second SNR values based on values of the range of the target, where the second SNR values are for a respective integration time. Techniques further include receiving a maximum design range of the target at each angle in the angle range. Techniques further include determining, for each angle in the angle range, a maximum scan rate and a minimum integration time. Techniques further include defining a scan pattern of the LIDAR system based on the maximum scan rate and the minimum integration time at each angle and operating the LIDAR system according to the scan pattern.

Abstract: A system and associated method for data handling in downhole operations uses a downhole tool to receive signals from a downhole environment and uses at least one processor that causes the system determine encoded data for the signals, where the encoded data is based in part on coefficients associated with at least one predetermined fitting curve that is applied to data from different areas of the signals, and where the coefficients include at least one difference between the data of the different areas of the signals and the at least one predetermined fitting curve. The system is further to transmit the encoded data from the downhole environment to a surface environment and also to determine at least one parameter or levels of an element in the downhole environment based in part on decoding the encoded data.
Abstract: A method for rendering digital inking is presented. The method comprises receiving inking input at a local application window, and locally processing the received inking input to generate preliminary inking imagery for presentation in the local application window. Parameters of the received inking input are uploaded to a remote client for remote processing to generate finalized inking imagery. The preliminary inking imagery is updated based on the finalized inking imagery.
Abstract: Improved compositions of reversible monoamine oxidase inhibitors are obtained by improved methods of alcohol removal from distillates of fermented agave extracts.
Abstract: The present invention provides compositions formulated for topical administration to a penis of a person to enhance sexual responsiveness in the person, to enhance sexual performance, erection and stamina, and to increase the physical size of the penis, where the compositions comprise active components from herbal or plant origin including maca, tongkat ali, cordyceps, ginseng, fructus schisandrae. morinda root, rhodiola, rosea cordyceps sinensis, ginger, jasmine, sandalwood, leeks, camellia seed, jojoba oil and cannabidiol. The preferred composition is in the form of a massage oil, to be applied topically to the skin of the penis.
Abstract: This invention presents an integrated air and hydronic testing, adjusting, balancing, and reporting system. Comprising essential HVAC data collection equipment, data processing software, and advanced algorithms leveraging machine learning and artificial intelligence, the system analyzes building design, energy conservation, and actual conditions against infection control requirements, contamination removal requirements, and regulatory standards. The invention's methodology gathers room condition data and applies ventilation regulations and structural attributes to assess adherence to air balance standards, breathing zone requirements, exhaust rates, energy efficiency, occupational safety, infection control, and regulatory mandates.

Abstract: A motor drive unit for driving a motor of a motorized window treatment may comprise software-based and hardware-based implementations of a process for detecting and resolving a stall condition in the motor, where the hardware-based implementation is configured to reduce power delivered to the motor if the software-based implementation has not first reduced the power to the motor. A control circuit may detect a stall condition of the motor, and reduce the power delivered to the motor after a first period of time from first detecting the stall condition. The motor drive unit may comprise a stall prevention circuit configured to reduce the power delivered to the motor after a second period of time (e.g., longer than the first period of time) from determining that a rotational sensing circuit is not generating a sensor signal while the control circuit is generating a drive signal to rotate the motor.
Abstract: Various arrangements involving a bidirectional pulse driver circuit are presented herein. The driver circuit can include a forward pulse trigger circuit and a forward pulse loop circuit. The forward pulse loop circuit can include a first silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) that is activated by the forward pulse trigger circuit. The driver circuit can include a reverse pulse trigger circuit and a reverse pulse loop circuit. The reverse pulse loop circuit can include a second SCR that is activated by the reverse pulse trigger circuit. The driver circuit can also include a controller that activates the forward pulse trigger circuit and the reverse pulse trigger circuit in a first pattern to cause a current pulse to be applied to a load in a forward direction and in a second pattern to cause the current pulse to be applied to the load in a reverse direction.
Abstract: In some embodiments, a system may obtain first feedback indicating one or more first signal-strength-related results corresponding with one or more first token interactions occurring in connection with presentation of one or more first components at one or more first locations of a user interface of a user device. Based on the first feedback, the system may obtain one or more second locations of the user interface and cause presentation of one or more second components at the one or more second locations of the user interface. The system may obtain second feedback indicating one or more second signal-strength-related results corresponding with one or more second token interactions. Using the first and second feedback, the system may update a user interface presentation location at which to present a component for a token interaction within a profile associated with a user of the user device.
