Abstract: Audio rendering devices comprising at least one audio rendering unit for playing audio streams, processing circuit and a wireless communication unit for establishing wireless links and related method are disclosed. One audio rendering device is configured to receive a remote audio stream prioritization policy comprising one or more lists of associations between audio stream attributes and priority values, update a local audio stream prioritization policy based on the remote audio stream prioritization policy, identify audio streams available via wireless links, retrieve audio stream attributes of the available audio streams, select an available audio stream to be played among the available audio streams, based on the updated local audio stream prioritization policy and based on the audio stream attributes of the available audio streams, and play the selected audio stream, by the audio rendering unit of the audio rendering device.
Abstract: Embodiments provide a flight supervision platform including a server computer and an animated graphical user interface for simultaneously monitoring multiple autonomous aircraft. More specifically, techniques disclosed herein provide a flight supervision platform that allows for one-to-many supervision where a remote supervisor (e.g., human or artificial intelligence) may continuously monitor and/or interact with a plurality of autonomous aircraft. For example, the autonomous aircraft may include one or more autonomous electric vertical takeoff landing (eVTOL) aircraft. The flight supervision platform may display information and receive input via the GUI and transmit commands based on the received input to the autonomous aircraft.

Abstract: A load control system includes a load control device and a remote control for configuring and controlling operation of the load control device. The load control device and remote control may be mounted to an electrical wallbox. The system may be configured by associating the remote control with the load control device, and actuating a button on the remote control to configure the load control device. A second remote control device may be directly or indirectly associated with the load control device. The load control device and remote control may communicate via inductive coils that are magnetically coupled together. The remote control may be operable to charge a battery from energy derived from the magnetic coupling between the inductive coils. The load control device and remote control may include near-field communication modules that are operable to communicate wirelessly via near-field radiation.
Abstract: A method of fabricating a single-crystal silicon photovoltaic cell includes providing a single-crystal silicon wafer and a structural support member. The single-crystal silicon wafer has a first major surface and a second major surface. Each major surface extends along a major surface plane. The single-crystal silicon wafer has a thickness greater than 100 micrometers and a dimension greater than 50 mm. The method further includes mounting the structural support member to the first major surface or to the second major surface. The method further includes reducing thickness of the single-crystal silicon wafer to a thickness less than or equal to 100 micrometers while the single-crystal silicon wafer is mounted to the structural support member. The method further includes providing the first major surface with a diffusion and a metalization grid and providing the second major surface with a back surface contact.

The device also includes a first and second threaded shaft housed within the hollow space. First and second gears are attached to the first and second threaded shaft, respectively. The first and second gear intermesh, so that, when the first threaded shaft rotates in a first angular direction, the second threaded shaft rotates in an opposite second angular direction. The device also includes first and second threaded nuts, threaded onto the first and second threaded shafts. The inlet pipe, outlet pipe, and plates are arranged and connected such that a fluid flowing from the inlet pipe and to the outlet pipe flows through the plates in between the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe. The PCM disposed within the container is also in thermal contact with the plates.

Abstract: To generate a melody, one or more machine-readable constraints are accepted from a user through a user interface. The constraints include rhythm constraints and pitch constraints. A sequence of musical elements is generated based on the constraints, each of the musical elements specifying, in machine-readable data, a musical pitch or silence and a duration of the musical pitch or silence. The pitch constraints prescribe pitches in the sequence of musical elements and the rhythm constraints prescribe rhythm of the sequence of musical elements. The sequence of musical elements is rendered in human-perceivable form as a melody.
Abstract: In some aspects, a computing system may train a machine learning model to classify a plurality of samples of a training dataset. The computing system may generate a plurality of counterfactual samples. The computing system may determine a distance score between the training dataset and a first counterfactual sample of the plurality of counterfactual samples. Based on determining that the distance between the training dataset and the first counterfactual sample is smaller than other distances corresponding to other counterfactual samples of the plurality of counterfactual samples, the computing system may generate a recommendation to use the first counterfactual sample.
Abstract: An electrosurgical device that comprises a deployable electrode tip and concurrent smoke evacuation and suction control integrated in a single apparatus. An electrode tip is supported for motion so that when a selected button is pressed, the tip extends past a suction tube and is activated for cutting and/or coagulating tissue. In this configuration, the suction tube is in a useful position to evacuate surgical site smoke. When pressure on the selected button is released, the tip moves into a retracted position and is deactivated. This allows for the suction tube to evacuate any remaining smoke and suction fluid/solid debris at the surgical site. Optional suction tube sizes and configurations with a control valve for finger-modulated suction can be exchangeable as per surgical demands. This device would allow surgeons to smoothly transition from surgical dissection with smoke evacuation to fluid and debris suctioning to optimize the surgical process.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a bobblehead key chain.
