Publication number: 20240090629Abstract: A slider clasp for a jewelry chain includes a body and a resilient unitary bushing coupled inside the body. The body defines two guide channels configured to receive corresponding portions of the chain through the body during sliding movement between the end portions and the body. The bushing defines two tubular passageways and is disposed within the body between the two guide channels. The bushing has an uncompressed configuration when the chain does not extend within the body and tubular passageways, and a compressed configuration when the chain extends through the tubular passageways causing resulting interference between the bushing member and the end portions of the chain. The compression exerted on the end portions is sufficient to stop relative sliding movement between the end portions of the chain and the body when the force exerted on the end portions is lower than the static frictional force therebetween.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 15, 2022Publication date: March 21, 2024Applicant: David Yurman IP LLCInventor: David M. Publication number: 20240093097Abstract: Production of fuels from low carbon electricity and from carbon dioxide by the use of a solid oxide electrolysis cell (SOEC) and Fischer-Tropsch is shown. Fischer-Tropsch is an exothermic reaction that can be used to produce steam. Steam produced from the Liquid Fuel Production (LFP) reactor system, where the Fischer-Tropsch reaction occurs, is used as feed to the SOEC. The higher temperature steam improves the efficiency of the overall electrolysis system. The integration of the LFP steam improves the efficiency of the electrolysis because the heat of vaporization for the liquid water does not have to be supplied by the electrolyzer.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 6, 2023Publication date: March 21, 2024Applicant: Infinium Technology, LLCInventors: Robert Schuetzle, Dennis Schuetzle, Anja Rumplecker Galloway, James Bucher

Publication number: 20240094969Abstract: Disclosed is the differential application of scalars to compensate pixel degradation. Input image data is associated with a commanded luminance at each of a plurality of pixels. A degradation value is determined for each pixel. Based on the degradation value, an elevated drive current is determined to produce commanded luminance at the pixel. A required scalar is determined for each pixel to hold the elevated drive current from exceeding a drive current threshold. An applied scalar for each pixel is determined for each pixel to be applied to the elevated drive current. For at least some pixels, the applied scalar for a first pixel is based at least on [I] the required scalar of a second pixel and [2] a spatial relationship between the first pixel and the second pixel. Applied scalars are then used to output corrected imagery.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 28, 2022Publication date: March 21, 2024Applicant: Microsoft Technology Licensing, LLCInventors: Kyle William HERSHEY, Scott Robert PIECUCH, Ying ZHENG

Patent number: 11936539Abstract: The packet capture manager uses a multi-tiered storage for storing captured network traffic. Captured packets are stored on a primary storage with a time-to-live according to a retention policy. The packet capture manager receives instructions from one or more network monitoring devices identifying one or more captured packets as packets of interest. The packet capture manager flags the identified packets as packets of interest, moves the flagged packets to a secondary storage, and changes the TTL of the moved packets. A machine learning model analyzes historical data of the instructions received from the one or more network monitoring devices. The packet capture manager uses the machine learning model to identify packets of interest and move identified packets to the secondary storage without specific instructions from a network monitoring device.Type: GrantFiled: April 24, 2023Date of Patent: March 19, 2024Assignee: Capital One Services, LLCInventors: John Watson, Christopher Roosenraad, Aaron Eppert, Travis Scheponik
