Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide a method, an apparatus, and non-transitory computer-readable storage medium for video decoding. The apparatus includes processing circuitry that is configured to decode a current picture based on a bitstream. The processing circuitry can determine, from a supplemental enhancement information (SEI) message, a first flag indicating whether a warping process is applied to the current decoded picture. Based on the first flag indicating that the warping process is applied to the current decoded picture, the processing circuitry can determine warping information of the warping process based on the SEI message. The processing circuitry can determine a warped picture from the current decoded picture based on the warping information.

Abstract: A wireless network device in a wide area network is disclosed. A radio of the network device receives a plurality of communication signals. Abstract: The present invention provides systems and methods for use with electronic records, such as Electronic Medical Records (EMRs). A parser engine may receive a stream of Health Level 7 (HL7) messages containing EMR data and, using parsing logic, parse the HL7 messages to identify and extract specified EMR data therefrom. The extracted EMR data may be combined with analytic results data and presented via a trackerboard with refresh and writeback capability, to a medical professional or medical staff member, in real time or near real time relative to entry of the EMR data into an EMR system.
Abstract: Individual-specific changes in health conditions are detected using a latent space mapping generated from baseline physiological data collected in a longitudinal study of the individual. Historical baseline data in an n-dimensional input space is modeled into a k-dimensional latent space, where k<n. The mapping for the model is then used to convert new physiological data into a latent space point, which can be used to determine if the associated newly collected physiological data is anomalous and thus indicative of a change in health condition. Anomalies can be inferred from poor fit between the point and baseline data within the latent space, or form large error between data reconstructed into the input space from the point and the original new physiological data.
Abstract: Techniques are described herein that are capable of translating an edit from a child computer language to a parent computer language while maintaining a semantic meaning of the edit. Parent code that is based on the parent computer language is compiled, which automatically triggers generation of child code that is mapped to the parent code and that is based on the child computer language. A determination is made that the edit, which is not mapped to the parent code, is implemented in the child code to provide edited child code. The parent code is updated to include a change that is based on the semantic meaning of the edit. The updated parent code is configured such that compilation of the updated parent code automatically triggers generation of an updated version of the child code that includes the semantic meaning of the edit.
