Abstract: A virtual network comprising virtual machines executing at a computing environment remote from the virtualized computing service provider is implemented. A control plane management functions is configured to provide and implement the virtual machines of the virtual network and executed at the virtualized computing service provider. Data plane management functions are configured to manage data traffic to and from the virtual machines of the virtual network and executed at the remote computing environment. A secure network connection between the virtualized computing service provider and the remote computing environment is established. The control plane management functions cause instantiation of the virtual machines of the virtual network at the remote computing environment. Using the control plane management functions executing at the virtualized computing service provider, operation of the virtual machines of the virtual network is managed.
Abstract: A method comprising while traversing, by a current agricultural implement during a current agricultural operation, a plurality of current geo-referenced locations: receiving, from one or more sensors, mounted in the current agricultural implement, current data at the plurality of current geo-referenced locations, wherein the plurality of current geo-referenced locations includes a plurality of swath locations; dynamically displaying a visual correlation between previous data collected from a previous agricultural operation and the current data, comprising: rendering a bitmap from bitmap values corresponding to the current data, wherein the bitmap includes only those bitmap values that are associated with a threshold number of swath locations; generating a plurality of values of the previous data corresponding to a current geo-referenced location of the current agricultural implement; and displaying, on a display device, the plurality of values of the previous data as visually correlated with the current data
Abstract: A Mobile Electric Flash-Butt (EFB) Welding apparatus that incorporates an automated geometry system which creates field/mobile EFB welds with proper vertical alignment, within a definable distance. The system has a first pair of adjustable reference points on a left side of a mobile welding apparatus. The system has a second pair of adjustable reference points on the right side of the welding apparatus. The system has a first lifting mechanism positioned between the first pair of adjustable reference points and a second lifting mechanism positioned between the second pair of adjustable reference points. The welding line is positioned between the first and second pair of adjustable reference points and is the location of the weld. The system allows for comparatively shorter inserts than previously utilized.
Abstract: In some implementations, a device may identify objects associated with the route based on one or more images associated with a selected route. The device may generate a model associated with the route including the scenery, wherein the scenery includes models of the objects based on geographic locations of the objects and three-dimensional spatial information of the objects. The device may determine a visual reference point for the virtual reality driving session based on at least one of vehicle information associated with the vehicle or user information. The device may provide, to a virtual reality device, presentation information that causes the virtual reality driving session to be displayed by the virtual reality device from a perspective of the visual reference point within a vehicle model associated with a selected vehicle placed in the model of the route with the scenery.
Abstract: A processing system of a node is operable to determine at least one query for execution, and determine a set of segments that include a set of rows required to execute the at least one query. At least one virtual segment in the set of segments is identified, and at least two data portions in the at least one virtual segment are identified. A locally rebuilt set of rows for the at least two data portions is generated by utilizing a recovery scheme. Query resultant data is generated based on performing execution of the at least one query by utilizing the locally rebuilt set of rows.

Abstract: The disclosure is generally directed to systems and methods for battery life cycle prediction for a preowned electrified vehicle including receiving state of charge (SOC) and mileage data associated with the preowned electrified vehicle, providing one or more driving maneuvers to be performed by a driver, providing one or more instructions to the driver to operate power-driven accessories of the preowned electrified vehicle, collecting data representing battery usage by the driver by monitoring the driving maneuvers and the operation of power-driven accessories as performed by the driver, and responsive to the collected data representing battery usage and the SOC and mileage, providing a battery life prediction for the preowned electrified vehicle.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for generating and operating a speech enhancement model optimized for generating noise-suppressed speech outputs for improved human listening and live captioning. A computing system obtains a speech enhancement model trained on a first training dataset to generate noise-suppressed speech outputs and an automatic speech recognition model trained on a second training dataset to generate transcription labels for spoken language utterances. A third training dataset comprising a set of spoken language utterances is applied to the speech enhancement model to obtain a first noise-suppressed speech output which is applied to the automatic speech recognition model to generate a noise-suppressed transcription output for the set of spoken language utterances.
Abstract: Features for a solar generation system. The system includes a solar generator that may be installed on a shipping container. The solar generator includes one or more deployable rotating solar arrays. The rotating solar arrays may be deployed and stowed using actuators. The rotating solar arrays may be stowed for transport of the system on ships or to remote locations. The solar panels of the array are unexposed when stowed. A base frame with corner castings may attach to standard connections on cargo containers. The solar generators may be stacked on top of each other when stowed for transport. An actuation system may include linear actuators with two arms connecting at a moving pivot point that attach to a base frame and to the panels for deployment. Another actuation system may include end-mounted linear actuation arms with panel backside-mounted deployment arms.
