  • Patent number: 11970292
Abstract: To facilitate on-orbit servicing, such as for a refueling operation, techniques are presented for a servicing satellite to cut through the multi-layer insulation blanket of a client satellite to provide access to the client satellite without releasing unacceptable quantities of foreign object debris from the multi-layer insulation. The serving satellite includes a sealing tool, such as a pair of heater rollers, that apply pressure and heat to the insulating blanket to melt the inner layers and seal the outer layers together. The servicing satellite can then use a cutting tool to cut the sealed region and access the client satellite.

  • Patent number: 11972429
Abstract: This application relates to apparatus and methods for identifying fraudulent transactions. A computing device receives return data identifying the return of at least one item. The computing device obtains modified strategy data identifying at least one rule of a modified strategy. The rule may be based on the application of at least one dimensionality reduction algorithm to an initial strategy. The computing device applies the modified strategy to the received return data identifying the return of the at least one item, and determines whether the return of the at least one item is fraudulent based on the application of the modified strategy. The computing device generates fraud data identifying whether the return of the at least one item is fraudulent based on the determination, and may transmit the fraud data to another computing device to indicate whether the return is fraudulent.

  • Patent number: 11969065
Abstract: Exemplary embodiments are directed to a case for storing two pairs of glasses. The case can include an inner wall including opposing first and second edges, a first endcap positioned adjacent to the first edge of the inner wall, and a second endcap positioned adjacent to the second edge of the inner wall. The case can include a first outer wall extending from the first endcap to the second endcap, and a second outer wall extending from the first endcap to the second endcap. The first and second endcaps, and the first and second outer walls define an enclosure. The inner wall separates the enclosure into two independent compartments.

  • Patent number: 11972221
Abstract: Methods and systems are described for generating dynamic conversational responses using machine learning models. The dynamic conversational responses may be generated in real time and reflect the likely goals and/or intents of a user. The machine learning model may provide these features by monitoring one or more user actions and/or lengths of time between one or more user actions during conversational interactions.

  • Patent number: 11972610
Abstract: A system may be configured to perform enhanced detection of occluded objects in a multiple object detection system. In some aspects, the system may detect a plurality of current objects in a current video frame, generate initial object identifier mapping information assigning a candidate object identifier to a first object of the plurality of current objects, and detect a multi-object tracking (MOT) inaccuracy condition. Further, the system may generate a current fingerprint corresponding to the first object of the plurality of current objects, identify an assignment error based on comparing the current fingerprint to historic fingerprints associated with a plurality of historic objects detected in a previous frame, generate updated object identifier mapping information based on the assignment error, and displaying the current video frame based on the updated object identifier mapping information.

  • Patent number: 11974013
Abstract: Systems and methods of combining digital video are described. A system can receive digital video comprising frames. The system can analyze the frames to identify a subset of consecutive frames that have a static portion defined by a spatial region with matching pixels across two or more frames. The system can tag the digital video with an indication of the subset and a trigger that causes transmission, at a temporal offset during playback prior to the subset, of a request for content used to overwrite the static portion. The system can receive the request from the client device, the request transmitted by the client device based on the temporal offset during playback prior to the subset. The system can select and transmit a content item responsive to the request to cause the client device to render the content item at the static portion of the subset.

  • Patent number: 11969474
Abstract: An immunogenic composition having 13 distinct polysaccharide-protein conjugates and optionally, an aluminum-based adjuvant, is described. Each conjugate contains a capsular polysaccharide prepared from a different serotype of Streptococcus pneumoniae (1, 3, 4, 5, 6A, 6B, 7F, 9V, 14, 18C, 19A, 19F and 23F) conjugated to a carrier protein. The immunogenic composition, formulated as a vaccine, increases coverage against pneumococcal disease in infants and young children globally, and provides coverage for serotypes 6A and 19A that is not dependent on the limitations of serogroup cross-protection. Methods for making an immunogenic conjugate comprising Streptococcus pneumoniae serotype 19A polysaccharide are also provided in which the serotype 19A polysaccharide is co-lyophilized with a carrier protein and conjugation is carried out in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) via a reductive amination mechanism.

  • Patent number: 11972771
Abstract: Systems and methods of monitoring radio channels and automatically providing selective notifications through a network that messages containing useful information, transmitted in the form of voice content, have been received. Keywords are compared with textual data transcribed from voice messages receive on a radio channel. The textual data and the keywords are compared, and upon identifying a correlation therebetween, a notification is automatically generated that indicates receipt of a given message, the existence of the correlation with the keywords, and an identity of the channel, so that client terminals can receive the message and also receive subsequent or related messages.
