Abstract: Methods and systems are described herein for generating communication modifications to reduce inaccurate machine-learning-based communication suppressions. The system may receive a candidate communication to be sent to a user device or user account. The system may generate a prediction indicating whether a negative action is likely to be taken by a machine learning model with respect to the candidate communication. Based on a prediction that a negative action is likely to be taken by a machine learning model with respect to the candidate communication, the system may modify the candidate communication.

Abstract: Wireless offloading provides tools to a service provider to encourage or direct a subscriber to offload from a first network, e.g., a cellular network, to a second network, e.g., a Wi-Fi network. The cellular service provider can use network data to determine wireless offloading priorities for cellular subscribers on an individual or group basis. The cellular service provider may use wireless network data it has and/or wireless network data it learns about networks from the wireless devices (which may obtain Wi-Fi network data from beacon frames of Wi-Fi networks or active scanning and which may report to the cellular service provider). Each wireless device can be given scanning assignments to ensure that the reporting task is shared among subscribers or adjusted to fill in gaps in data. With the network data, the cellular service provider is capable of generating useful prioritized network lists for wireless devices, either individually or as a group.

Abstract: Implementations described and claimed herein provide systems and methods for a configurable optical peering fabric to dynamically create a connection between participant sites without any physical site limitations or necessity of specialized client and network provider equipment being located within such a facility. Client sites to a network may connect to a configurable switching element to be interconnected to other client sites in response to a request to connect the first client site with a second site, also connected to network, via the switching element. A request may trigger verification of the requested and, upon validation, transmission of an instruction to the switching element to enable the cross connect within the switching element. The first site and the second site may thus be interconnected via the switching element in response to the request, without the need to co-locate equipment or to manually install a jumper between client equipment.

Abstract: Embodiments described herein reduce resource insufficiency of a resource source despite inconsistent resource accumulation at the resource source. For example, a request frequency may be determined to define times at which the resource source is predicted to be sufficient despite the inconsistent accumulation or influx. In one use case, with respect to a distributed computing environment having computing resource source(s)/pool(s), a requesting system may identify a machine learning model trained to generate predictions for a resource source at which inconsistent resource accumulation occurs. The system may obtain accumulation data that describes accumulation events at which resources were made available at the resource source.
