Abstract: Examples of the present disclosure describe systems and methods for transmit side scaling. In examples, transmission side configuration information is received by a host operating system from a guest operating system, where the transmission side scaling configuration information specifies the manner in which data packets transmitted by the host operating system are to be distributed to a network interface card of the host operating system. The transmission side configuration scaling information is implemented in an outbound transmission table of the host operating system. When a data packet is received by the host operating system, the host operating system evaluates the data packet using the outbound transmission table. Based on the evaluation, that data packet is transmitted using a specified transmit queue of the network interface card.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide swallowable devices, preparations and methods for delivering drugs and other therapeutic agents within the GI tract. Many embodiments provide a swallowable device for delivering the agents. Particular embodiments provide a swallowable device such as a capsule for delivering drugs into the intestinal wall or other GI lumen. Embodiments also provide various drug preparations that are configured to be contained within the capsule, advanced from the capsule into the intestinal wall and degrade to release the drug into the bloodstream to produce a therapeutic effect. The preparation can be operably coupled to delivery means having a first configuration where the preparation is contained in the capsule and a second configuration where the preparation is advanced out of the capsule into the intestinal wall. Embodiments of the invention are particularly useful for the delivery of drugs which are poorly absorbed, tolerated and/or degraded within the GI tract.
Abstract: An air preheater (APH) temperature control system, including at least a first APH or combustion/secondary air bypass duct in metered communication with a combustion air inlet duct and a secondary air duct, adapted in use to bleed a portion of the combustion air as secondary air bypass from the air inlet duct upstream of the APH 100 for reintroduction downstream into the secondary air duct, and a flow control device for metering or controlling volumetric flow of the secondary air bypass and tempering primary air flow in use operative to maintain the flue gas outlet temperature at or above a desired minimum predetermined temperature for the incident flue gas volumetric flow exiting the APH alone or in conjunction with other tempering means maintaining mills outlet temperature within a safety range of T10MIN to T10MAX.
Abstract: A current sensor IC includes a lead frame having a die attach pad and elongated leads extending in a single direction with respect to the die attach pad, a semiconductor die having a first surface attached to the die attach pad and a second, opposing surface supporting magnetic field sensing elements, and a non-conductive mold material. A first portion of the mold material encloses the semiconductor die and the die attach pad, a second portion of the mold material encloses a portion of the elongated leads, and the mold material further includes a wing structure between the first portion and the second portion. In assembly, the first portion of the mold material extends into a cutout through a current conductor and the wing structure abuts a surface of the conductor. The current sensor can implement differential sensing based on signals from at least two magnetic field sensing elements.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for conveyor operation and maintenance that employ one or both of a “smart shoe” technology where one or more conveyor shoes incorporate features, such as an RFID tag, and a “missing pin detection” technology where one or more pin components of conveyor shoes incorporate features, such as an RFID tag, allowing selective wireless tracking and identification capability. A conveyor system comprises a shoe management system allowing interactions directly with one or more RFID readers, which can detect, store and/or monitor information associated with “smart shoe” and/or “missing pin detection” RFID tags, where interface between this application and the reader can be implemented via a socket interface. An open platform communications (OPC) wrapper can be created around the interface so that a Human Machine Interface (HMI) could interact directly with shoe management system.
Abstract: Systems and methods for an automated process for vehicle service. In particular, an individually owned vehicle is integrated with a service provider platform for a fleet of vehicles such that data flows bidirectionally between the vehicle and the platform. The bidirectional flow of data enables an intelligent and automated end-to-end maintenance and/or repair process for the individually owned vehicle, including issue detection, accident management, and seamless vehicle exchange. For example, the vehicle can send a signal to the platform to schedule a repair and request a replacement vehicle from the platform during the repair. The platform can coordinate with a facility to schedule the repair, send a signal to the vehicle to autonomously drive itself to the scheduled repair, and provide a replacement vehicle to the vehicle's home during the repair.
