Each NAND string includes a plurality of data memory cells coupled to a plurality of data word lines in series with a plurality of dummy memory cells connected to a plurality of dummy word lines. The control circuit configured to apply a first dummy word line voltage to one or more dummy word lines of the plurality of dummy word lines in a verify step of a program operation to program data memory cells. The control circuit is configured to apply a second dummy word line voltage to the one or more dummy word lines in a read operation to read the data memory cells.

Abstract: In some examples, an apparatus for video decoding includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry determines, from a candidate list, a first affine-translational merge candidate for a prediction of a current block in a current picture. The first affine-translational merge candidate provides affine motion information associated with a first reference picture in a first reference list and translational motion information associated with a second reference picture in a second reference list. The processing circuitry generates a first prediction for a sample in the current block according to the affine motion information associated with the first reference picture, and generates a second prediction for the sample in the current block according to the translational motion information associated with the second reference picture. The processing circuitry reconstructs the sample of the current block according to a combination of the first prediction and the second prediction.

Abstract: A memory apparatus and method of operation are provided. The apparatus includes memory cells each connected to word lines. The memory cells are disposed in strings and configured to retain a threshold voltage corresponding to data states. A control means is configured to apply verification pulses of program verify voltages each associated with one of the data states to selected ones of the word lines to determine whether the memory cells connected thereto have the threshold voltage above each of the program verify voltages targeted for each of the memory cells during a program-verify portion of a program operation. The control means is also configured to trim the program verify voltages for each of the data states for a grouping of the memory cells based on quantities of the memory cells having the threshold voltage crossing over between the data states in crossovers in a verify level trimming process.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for identifying an available product for an unavailable product to minimize a deviation or distance from an original planned pick path. A computer can transmit instructions corresponding to a path through a location where products are stored to collect a plurality of products stored at locations along the path. In response to receiving a notification for a particular product that the particular product is not at the location where it is stored, the computer can modify the path to include a location of a substitute product for the particular product. The computer can identify a substitute product for the particular product based on a distance from a location of the one more available products to a location along the path and determine a revised path with the substitute product. The path can be revised to include the location for the available product.

Abstract: A memory apparatus and method of operation are provided. The apparatus includes memory cells each connected to one of a plurality of word lines. The memory cells are disposed in strings and configured to retain a threshold voltage corresponding to one of a plurality of data states. A control means is coupled to the plurality of word lines and the strings and is configured to apply a read voltage to a selected ones of the plurality of word lines during a read operation and ramp down to a discharge voltage at an end of the read operation and apply a ready voltage to the selected ones of the plurality of word lines during a ready period of time following the read operation. The control means is also configured to adjust at least one of the discharge voltage and the ready voltage based on a temperature of the memory apparatus.

A support connection hub may, for example, include a first cavity extending longitudinally along a first axis and configured to receive a vertical support member at a bottom side of the support connection hub. The hub may, for example, include a second cavity extending across a top of the hub along a second axis orthogonal to the first axis. The second cavity may, for example, be horizontally and releasably receive a lateral support member orthogonal to the vertical support member such that the lateral rod is configured to support a flexible surface distributed along the lateral rod. Various embodiments may advantageously transfer a load from the flexible surface to the vertical rod along a load path substantially parallel to the first longitudinal axis.

Each of the plurality of electronic neutron generator insert devices is inserted into one of a plurality of openings of the body section while the removable neutron enhancement cartridge is adapted to be positioned inside of the containment vessel. A radioisotope production system comprising a target irradiation apparatus and a method for producing radioisotope sources are also provided.

Abstract: An improved single-piece shipping box system includes a lid with a lid flap forming a tab that fits into a slot on a front panel of a storage compartment, which facilitates repeatedly opening and closing without damaging the box for display before shipping. The tab and slot allow multiple users, such as the manufacturer, merchant, and e-commerce reseller, to conveniently open and close the box multiple times without damaging the box. The underside of the lid flap carries strips of covered adhesive used to seal the box closed for final shipping or in-person sale of the product. Protective film covers the adhesive strips until the user is ready to remove the protective film and tape the box closed in a permanent fixed manner for final shipping. The innovative arrangement provides a convenience of use and neatness in between pre-shipping uses with easy access and closing while simultaneously enabling secure shipping upon final designation determination.
