Abstract: A reagent preparation assembly includes a body and a reaction chamber adjacent the body, the reaction chamber includes a reagent therein, such as a lyophilized reagent. An access port extends into the reaction chamber, and the access port is configured to receive an instrument. A seal extends across a portion of the reaction chamber and the access port. A reconstitution assembly is movably coupled with the body. The reconstitution assembly includes a plunger, a syringe and a piston. The plunger is movably coupled with the body. The syringe is selectively engaged with the plunger. The syringe includes a solution reservoir containing a solution, and movement of the syringe pierces the seal. The piston is selectively engaged with the plunger, and the piston is movably coupled within the syringe. Movement of the piston pushes the solution into the reaction chamber.

Abstract: This invention relates to fusion bonded epoxy rebar powder coating compositions of enough latency overtime, which cure in seconds upon residual heat up to 239.0° C., exhibiting low temperature flexibility to achieve crack-free rebar bending at ?45° C. and a glossy finish without yellowing or discoloration. This invention further relates to rebar powder coatings compounded using suitable dihydrazide amines as the curing agent, in combination with an executive resin blend including a compatible toughening epoxy, and a synergic catalyst package to meet the intended application challenges.

Abstract: A system and method for omnichannel text-based routing, interaction transfer, and customer-to-enterprise communications. The system is a cloud-based network containing an interaction control server, a routing engine, a media translation server, a mobile application, a business entity portal, mobile and compute devices for business enterprise and customer, and an enterprise database. Taken together or in part, said system optimizes customer interactions by delivering context aware text message, chat or email to customers; and when requested by customer, optimally routes with context, based upon a multitude of variables, to best available resource to handle the customer interaction. Abstract: A system and method for a cloud-based gaming platform with integrated health-related data collection capabilities. In an embodiment, the system and method comprise a cloud-based gaming platform comprising a frontend accessible from various game clients which operates a gaming environment on one or more game servers, a backend that provides the game database and analytics used by the game servers to operate the gaming environment, and a HIPPA-compliant security gateway configured to route health-related data from gaming to a healthcare diagnostics and treatment module integrated into the platform. Exercising on an exercise machine compatible with the cloud-based gaming platform entertains the user while simultaneously capturing data about the user's physical and mental performance which can later be used to diagnose medical conditions and, depending on configuration, implement treatment regimens comprising exercise routines and mental simulation via tasks in the gaming environment.

Abstract: A method of localizing a host member through sensor fusion includes capturing an input image with one or more optical sensors disposed on the host member and determining a location of the host member through a global positioning system (GPS) input. The method tracks movement of the host member through an inertial measurement unit (IMU) input, generates coordinates for the host member from the GPS input and the IMU input. The method compares the input image and a high definition (HD) map input to verify distances from the host member to predetermined objects within the input image and within the HD map input. The method continuously localizes the host member by fusing the GPS input, the IMU input, the input image, and the HD map input.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatus, including computer-readable media, for enhanced network communication using multiple network connections. In some implementations, a networking apparatus concurrently maintains connectivity to a network through each of multiple network transports. The networking apparatus receives one or more packets to be transmitted over the network and classifies the one or more packets to determine a class of service. Abstract: An optical device includes a light guide (LG) attached to a support component. The LG receives a display light from a light engine, and directs a first portion of the display light out of the LG to form an outcoupled light. The LG also causes a second portion of the display light to become incident upon an outer perimeter of the LG at one or more LG regions of the LG to form one or more stray lights, respectively. The LG may be mechanically coupled to the support component at one or more coupling regions positioned outside of the one or more LG regions. A wearable heads-up display (WHUD) can incorporate the optical device.

Abstract: A system for optimization of a recharging flight plan for an electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. The system includes a recharging infrastructure. The recharging infra structure includes a computing device. The computing device is configured to receive an aircraft metric from a flight controller of an eVTOL aircraft, generate a safe approach plan for the eVTOL aircraft as a function of the aircraft metric, and transmit the safe approach plan to the eVTOL aircraft for execution by the eVTOL aircraft. A method for optimization of a recharging flight plan for an eVTOL aircraft is also provided.

Abstract: Systems and methods of controlling fluid flow of an inhalant anesthetic to expedite patient recovery are provided such that nitrous oxide flow and oxygen flow over different durations are output to a patient mask. In one exemplary embodiment, a method performed by a controller in an inhalant anesthetic system that outputs a nitrous oxide flow and an oxygen flow over different durations for output to a patient mask comprises sending, to a nitrous oxide flow control mechanism, an indication to enable the nitrous oxide flow for a first predetermined duration that corresponds to a certain amount of nitrous oxide. Further, the method includes sending, by the controller, to the oxygen flow control mechanism, an indication to enable the oxygen flow for a second predetermined duration that corresponds to a certain amount of oxygen.

The method includes the step of preparing a memory device that includes a first group of the memory holes with full SGD transistors and a second group of the memory holes with partial SGD transistors. The method proceeds with electrically floating a first unselected partial SGD transistor of the set of unselected partial SGD transistors. With the at least one first unselected partial SGD transistor electrically floating, the method continues with reducing a voltage applied to at least one transistor or memory cell adjacent the first unselected partial SGD transistor such that a voltage of the first unselected partial SGD transistor is decreased through a capacitance coupling effect.

Abstract: A panel television support and mounting kit allows the consumer to employ any of the three modes of support, namely stand mount, elevated console mount and wall mount. The elevated console mount incorporates a vertical spine to elevate the panel television above the console and an offset arm to support the television over an upper shelf of the console.
