Abstract: Methods for graphics processing are provided. One example method includes executing a plurality of kernels using a plurality of graphics processing units (GPUs), wherein responsibility for executing a corresponding kernel is divided into one or more portions each of which being assigned to a corresponding GPU. The method includes generating a plurality of dependency data at a first kernel as each of a first plurality of portions of the first kernel completes processing. The method includes checking dependency data from one or more portions of the first kernel prior to execution of a portion of a second kernel. The method includes delaying execution of the portion of the second kernel as long as the corresponding dependency data of the first kernel has not been met.
Abstract: Drone-based vehicle connectivity systems and methods are disclosed herein. A method can include determining a loss of network connectivity by any of a vehicle and/or a drone associated with the vehicle, receiving an emergency message from the vehicle, launching the drone to navigate to a location where network connectivity exists, and transmitting the emergency message to a service provider when a connection to a network is established.
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for a flexible support for a vehicle. In one example, the flexible support is formed of a composite material and configured to surround a vehicle component and absorb oscillations generated by the vehicle. The composite material may be a mixture of aluminum particles dispersed in an elastomer matrix.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method of promoting local bone growth by administering a therapeutic amount of a Sost antagonist to a mammalian patient in need thereof. Preferably, the Sost antagonist is an antibody or FAB fragment selectively recognizing any one of SEQ ID NOS: 1-23. The Sost antagonist may be coadministered together or sequentially with a matrix conducive to anchoring new bone growth. Orthopedic and Periodontal devices comprising an implantable portion adapted to be permanently implanted within a mammalian body and bearing an external coating of a Sost antagonist are also disclosed, as it a method of increasing bone density by administering to a mammalian patient a therapeutic amount of a Sost antagonist together with an antiresorptive drug.
