Abstract: A method of video decoding performed in a video decoder is provided. In the method, coded information of a current block is received from a coded video bitstream. The coded information includes a context-coded syntax element associated with the current block. The syntax element indicates a decoding parameter of the current block. A context-based adaptive binary arithmetic coding (CABAC) context model associated with the context-coded syntax element is determined based on decoding parameters of more than two spatially neighboring blocks of the current block. The context-coded syntax element is decoded based on the determined CABAC context model associated with the context-coded syntax element. The current block is reconstructed based on the decoded syntax element.

The system including a transmitter that wirelessly transmits a user identification (user ID), a scanning device that receives the wirelessly transmitted user ID and communicates climb data comprising the user ID and a route climb identifier to at least one server device comprising instructions to cause the least one server device and related data processing and storage apparatus to operate to store the climb data, and wherein the server device further comprises instructions to enable communication of the stored climb data to a user device.

Abstract: A portable pool filter cleaning assembly is configured to retain a pool filter on support rod and allow the pool filter to spin from a spray of water. The spinning filter releases debris from the filter surface through centrifugal force. The assembly has drainage features to ensure proper drainage of water collected within the interior of the pool filter and enable proper spinning from the spray of water. The assembly utilizes a support rod with a bottom filter retainer that is conical in shape for engaging with the pool filter aperture. The bottom filter retainer may further have a bearing that enables the pool filter to rotate freely about the rod with very little force. The assembly may include a stand for securing the support rod on a hard surface, such as concrete or on an uneven lawn surface.

Abstract: Systems and methods for off-road connectivity and sharing of time-sensitive information. Techniques described herein may be utilized to allow for off-road vehicles to share their animal watching information quickly with other off-road vehicles via vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) and/or vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communications in real-time. Real-time watching information may be shared from off-road vehicles to one another, thereby enabling a more pleasant watching experience, as individuals are able to spend less time exploring and searching for wild animals and more time at points of interests where wild animals are expected to be seen based on information provided by other watchers.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing a health monitoring and emergency response service are provided. Each element in a plurality of data elements is obtained from a health monitoring device connected to a corresponding subject in a plural of subjects. An alert is triggered through analysis of the data element or manually triggered by the subject or a subject's circle of support. The subject or one or more members of the circle of support of the subject verifies or rejects the alert. The alert is sent to a remote monitoring alarm center and emergency responders are dispatched.

Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed herein for improving the quality of audio for use in a biometric. A biometric system may use machine learning to determine whether audio or a portion of the audio should be used as a biometric for a user. A sample of the user’s voice may be used to generate a voice signature of the user. Portions of the audio that do not meet a similarity threshold when compared with the voice signature may be removed from the audio. Additionally or alternatively, interfering noises may be detected and removed from the audio to improve the quality of a voice biometric generated from the audio.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for managing mobile device updates. In some embodiments, the disclosed systems can include a key provisioning system, a key system, and mobile devices. The key provisioning system can provide keys to the mobile devices and the key system. The key system can receive a key from the key provisioning system, receive a request from an application system, calculate a first token, and provide the first token to the application system for transmission to a mobile device. The mobile device can receive a key from the key provisioning system, establish a local connection with a connected device, receive an application and the first token from the connected device, generate a second token using the application and the key, compare the first token and the second token, and update the mobile device according to the application based on a result of the comparison.

Abstract: A method for developing codes and a cross functional set of rules that suggest to a physician, in real-time, potential diagnoses related to diagnostic results or other clinical data entered into the electronic Medical Record (EMR). The method generates a possible diagnosis for consideration and addition to the patient problem list. When the physician selects a suggested diagnosis, the problem list is automatically updated with the diagnosis. In view of the above, the physician has the needed information at the point of care so that the timeliness, safety and quality of care is improved. The generated documentation also assists other physicians throughout the continuum of care for the Patient. The method creates crosswalk from data element to diagnosis to enhance the completeness of documentation. As a result, the Diagnostic Related Group (DRG) is more accurately assigned by coders at discharge to drive more accurate and efficient billing for improved reimbursement and revenue.

The system may compare the intermediary code to a library of intermediary code snippets associated with comments. Based on the comparison, a system may recognize the code to be obsolete. In some embodiments, a system may generate one or more recommendations to update a code. Based on received feedback regarding a recommendation, a system may accordingly update a code.
