Abstract: A sanitizer including a base that is at least one of flexible or foldable, and an ultraviolet (UV) light source configured to emit UV light and coupled to the base. The base of the sanitizer may be configured to be removably placed over a window of a vehicle such that UV light emitted from the sanitizer sanitizes surfaces within the interior of the vehicle and items placed within the vehicle. A sanitizer having a base that is movable from a deployed position in which it covers a storage compartment of a vehicle to an access position. A UV light source coupled to the base is configured to emit UV light. The UV light source is configured to emit UV light into the storage compartment when the base is in the deployed position.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a switched amplifier is provided to amplify a data transmission. The switched amplifier may use a control signal that is received via a control signal channel in a transmission cable. Also, the switched amplifier may detect signal power to determine whether the data transmission is received at one of a first port and a second port. Data transmissions via the data transmission channel occur in a first direction and a second direction in a same frequency range in a time division multiplex (TDD) mode. Also, the control signal and data transmission are diverted from the transmission cable that transmits a type of signal different from the control signal and the data transmission. The switched amplifier is controlled based on the control signal or the signal power detected. The amplified signal is diverted in the first direction or the second direction via the data transmission channel back to the transmission cable.

Abstract: A carabiner includes a swivel loop and a body rotatably coupled to the swivel loop about a rotational axis. The body includes a spine having a spine axis that intersects the rotational axis at an intersection point disposed within the connection between the swivel loop and the body. Abstract: A vehicle having a communication system is disclosed. The system includes two electrical couplings, coupled by way of a rotary joint having a bearing waveguide. Each electrical coupling includes an interface waveguide configured to couple to external signals. Each electrical coupling also includes a waveguide section configured to propagate electromagnetic signals between the interface waveguide and the bearing waveguide of the rotary joint. Additionally, the rotary joint is configured to allow one electrical coupling to rotate with respect to the other electrical coupling. An axis of rotation of the rotary joint is defined by a center of a portion of the waveguides. Yet further, the rotary joint allows electromagnetic energy to propagate between the waveguides of the electrical couplings.
